Hi @LouEarly, Is this issue present on all components or just the component that you have pictured? If the former, please log into ArcGIS Monitor as an administrator and click Administration > Database and click "Run now" under "Data Retention Policy". Then, run one of your component's observers again and see if the chart is populated. Josh

Hi @valenj88, What URL are you using to register the ArcGIS Server site? (e.g. private port vs. web adaptor). I have successfully registered an ArcGIS Server site with 10,000 services, so I don't think this has to do with the number of services. This sounds more like a communication issue between the machine where Monitor is installed and the ArcGIS Server machine. EDIT: Another suggestion from a colleague: in a browser, try accessing the hosted folder from the server's admin endpoint (https://server.domain:6443/arcgis/admin/services/Hosted). Does this take an unusually long time to load? (>1 min) If so, please try restarting the associated ArcGIS Data Store service and then try registering again in Monitor. Josh
