This entirely new set of discussion forums as well as the new forum technology it uses will be fully released to the public when the final cut of ArcGIS version 10 is released in 2010. In addition, we are using these new forums to support the Beta program for ArcGIS 10, and we hope you get good use out of them. We believe these forums provide a much better toolset for sharing, interacting, and collaborating with the user community as well as with ESRI staff. However, during the Beta program you may notice that there are discussion forums in place for "final" that aren't really a part of the ArcGIS Beta.
