Once you get at the Geometry level, it doesn't matter if you are using an online resource or offline. It works the same way. You query features get the ids. Every id will represent a feature. Every feature has a geometry. You pass that geometry to GeometryEngine for further analytics/ relationships such as within. To get to feature(s) you use FeatureQueryResult.iterator . Then you can either get all the features by using features property or use next() method to get to first feature. FeatureIterator QML Type | ArcGIS for Developers

Yes definitely possible. AppFramework (AppStudio's Framework) provides a ExifInfo QML type, which can be used to extract metadata from images. And you can even write some data into images. This info can easily be written into Feature layer attributes using ArcGIS Runtime or using REST API for Feature service. ExifInfo QML Type | AppFramework 1.0

What exactly is the issue with GeometryEngine? I believe you posted this earlier here https://community.esri.com/message/726386-re-geometryengine-simple-geofence-problem?commentID=726386#comment-726386 I would highly recommend you to log a support ticket if you continue to have issues with the GeometryEngine. They will be able to pinpoint the issue.

This sample code is based on old runtime 10.2.6 (which will soon be deprecated). Are you using 10.2.6 or 100.1 (new) runtime? If using 100.1 you need to look at the sample below. This is also available to with the AppStudio desktop (search for Feature Layer (Geodatabase)) arcgis-appstudio-samples/Feature Layer (Geodatabase) at v2.1 · Esri/arcgis-appstudio-samples · GitHub

Hi Patrick, Thanks for posting your question. I am not sure why is this happening. This requires some investigation and testing. Please go ahead and log an Esri support issue so that they can further troubleshoot this issue. This way it can be tracked. If they are able to reproduce this issue. They will log it as a software defect. If anyone else having the same issue please log a ticket with the support team. Thanks, Nakul

Please create a support issue and see if your tpk suppose to show the legend or not. In general Legend only works for the feature layers and dynamic map services and not for the tile layers

You need go to qt webpage and look for downloads. On the side note. You can use console.log("messages") within your javascript code to debug your code. That is easiest and the fastest way to debug. Plus you can use the Qt which comes with AppStudio. You don't need to install anything other than AppStudio.

Basic category types and the fields come from the feature service layer. Category types are defined by the Type ID field in you feature service layer which is essentially the editable subtypes in the feature layer. This is configured in ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap before being pushed to ArcGIS Server or Online. This is not dependent on AppStudio Standard or Basic License.Hence once it is configured with subtypes and published with service you can configure the service in your Quick report template app irrespective of the app created on AppStudio wesbite or using the standard license. To learn more about feature service subtypes and type id check the following link Layer - Feature Service Nakul

Sorry that you could not use the powerful capabilities of AppStudio, thank you for considering it. If you need any clarifications on any security related issues w.r.t AppStudio we will be happy to provide answers. We are not experts in React Native so cannot comment on whats possible or not with it. Thank you. Nakul
