It seems to be a computer specific problem; it works as expected on my laptop. The past few weeks with ArcGIS Pro have been brutal. I've uninstalled and downgrade, upgraded (and repeat) several times and keep finding new problems. But as I like to say:

Thanks for the reply, @wayfaringrob but alas we don't deploy Webroot. The post you link above mentions a bug, but that was in ArcMap.

Using ArcGIS Pro 2.7.4, I cannot interactively select multiple features in a map. When I hold the shift key down with the select tool selected it zooms in. Is there a hot key setting I need to turn off? In my gif below, I select one street segment, clear the selection and then select the adjacent segment and clear. Then with the first segment selected, I hold down shift and when I try to select the second segment, it zooms in.

I understand your concept, but also consider that features come and go to and from a geodatabase, so I guess somehow the gdb based browser of attribute rules would have to be smart enough to recognize those changes. But the idea of a one stop management tool is worth a kudo from me!

Attribute rules are a property of the feature layer while domains are a property of the database itself.

Oh. REST end reverse geocoding? That's a horse of different color for sure. All I can say is good luck with it!

I suspect this is expected behavior with the configuration you mention. Check this post: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/help-leveraging-unit-and-building-address-elements/td-p/1101833 Where new geocoding functionality with respect to unit number suggestions is discussed with pro 2.9 and Server 10.9.1. @ShanaBritt might be able to clarify.

You could do a spatial join with both features. When working with polygon features of populations (houses per zip in your case) you will have to embrace the assumption that the density of houses are evenly distributed across the polygons. Prior to you spatial join, add a field to your zip polygons and call it OriginalArea, and calculate it equal to the ShapeArea field. After you perform your spatial join, the zip polygons will be 'smaller' in area. But you have the original area, so you can divide the new area by the original area and the the ratio between the to. Multiply the number of housing units by the ratio and you'll get the approximate number of units in your study area.

Using Arc GIS Pro 2.8.2 I have created a number of individual locators and then joined them together in a composite. If I were to re-build one of the member locators, must I also re-build the composite so the changes are made available? Or does a composite just act as a pointer back to the member locators? @ShanaBritt

You should consider an enterprise geodatabase with some flavor of versioning.

#2: if you created a locator with [old style] create address locator tool, there will be a <locatorName>.xml file in the same workspace. The [new style] create locator tool will produce <locatorName>.loc and <locatorName>.loz The .loc file is only a couple of kilobytes, and is just a text file of propertieds. #3: A couple things come to mind: does your locator require a city? If it does and you don not provide it in the address, you'll get no returns. If it's just missing a prefix directional, it seems like your spelling sensitivity is pretty high, or your candidate score is pretty high.

Assuming you are downloading at your 'My ESRI' page, you'll need to first download version 2.8, and then download the appropriate patch you wish to install. 2.8 Patch 3 will cover the first two as well:
