E.G. The form upload blocks on attachment 29; just keeps turning... stop the upload reopen the survey and count to the 29th attachment (in my case photos) Note how the picture is not showing up and the photo id is different.  The surveyor somehow presses the photo name and changes it to an incompatible name and the photo link is broken.  Press the folder icon find the photo with the help of the ID. You'll now see the photo and although the ID changed it has no effect on the upload.  Resend your survey and no more issue, well unless you have another photo id problem. ... View more

This is an issue with the edit with repeats...  Here's my methodology: I asked my crew to copy and send me the arcgis folder from each tablet, then I opened the .sqlite located in "ArcGIS\My Surveys\Databases"  I found the forms with errors: I compared to the other forms that didn't have any problems and noticed they all had something in common, they had the edit mode clause.  e.g.:  {"Inventaire_Structure_V20731":{"__meta__":{"editMode":1,"globalIdField":"globalid","objectIdField":"objectid"},"comment_gen": I removed the edit code in DB browser  for sqlite and launched it again and everything is uploading.  "__meta__":{"editMode":1,"globalIdField":"globalid","objectIdField":"objectid"},     ... I opened the .sqlite and this is what happens. I thought that by deleting the survey from online would solve the problem but it didn't as it would now try to update a non-existent online survey.   I downloaded sqlite db browser and opened the DB (located ArcGIS\My Surveys\Databases), i then located the survey that would not upload with error 1019 and removed {"__meta__":{"editMode":1} located near the beginning of the entry. I keep seeing this in some of my forms, I've noticed it happens when the surveyor mistakenly changes the name of the picture and adds a character that is not accepted or removes .JPG,. This causes the link to the photo to break.  I found the only way to fix this was by either removing the picture completely or going in the attachment folder, find the picture and either rename it if there's an illegal character or missing .JPG.  works every time for me. Ok I had started to try the file protocol, good to know this would work. We used Survey123 to collect assets in the field and would like to show them on collector along with their photos to help with verification and updates.  The internet connection is not very good and there is no internet connection where we had the surveys, therefore everything needs to be offline during the day.  Needless to say that the hosted layers is quite large so when we try to sync offline, the layers appear but without the photo attachments.    ... Hi James, we've noticed that the rollbacks only occur on forms that were re-submitted, but not all, most can be re-submitted.  The questionnaires have repeats so they are not updated they are duplicated, we nonetheless deleted the questionnaire online to see if they upload but they did not.   ... The only way I've been able to build a working basemap for survey123 has been with File>ShareAs>Tile Package methodology.  However this only works if I use the tile Scheme "Arcgis Online / Bing Maps / Google Maps" for the TPK.  The problem is that only creates tiles up to 1:1,128.  When I create a custom scheme the tpk is created and works in collector but it does not appear in survey123.  Not sure what the issue is, I've tried all the methodology described here.  Anyone had luck creating a scale of about 1:500 for their survey123 map? ... I tried your methodology but it still does not appear in the geopoint maps.  The mapName appears Map then I changed the folder and the .lyr name to Map to no avail.  Should I change the name in the v104 folder as well? ... View more
