Hi Everyone, Since the issue is between Survey123 and Collector regarding the edited layer. Is there a way to take the Survey123 feature service and develop a new one based upon the original, yet the new one would not be deep linked to Survey123? I apologize for such a basic workflow, but I am now within "Crunch time"!

My form captures the following address fields from attendees that I want to than geocode instead of them having to find their address on a map. Can this be done?

This discussion from the Collector message board provides some insight into our problem that is similar to yours. I believe this is what we are dealing with.. https://community.esri.com/thread/183513-does-collector-deeplinking-no-longer-work-in-ios10

Ok, I found the glitch... I had two feature services with different names showing within 'My Content' and the correct subfolder. Yet, once these maps were viewed in 'Map Viewer', the underlying maps had the exact same name "Hydrant Maintenance". Which confused the URL Scheme going from Collector to Survey123 only on smartphones and tablets, not desktops for some reason. I thank you both for your assistance Ismael Chivite and James Tedrick. Still learning and achieving minor victories!!

Here is a screen shot of the 'Configure Attributes' Current hydrants URL http://services2.arcgis.com/zNjnZafDYCAJAbN0/arcgis/rest/services/PAS_Fire_Hydrant_Inspection_FMZ_Shift/FeatureServer or from the address bar: http://pasgis.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=9f1862e5b05644d3ab4633e940e32976 This is the URL for the actual form, but it does not contain a 'URL' box at the bottom as shown in the pic below which the feature service does contain. http://pasgis.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=484c436819d7469aa62b2904452771cb

I checked the URL and ensured it did not have a space. It still works on my desktop, but passes ${facilityID} to my iPhone.

The field names are correct as seen below and have no bearing upon the workflow. I have repeatedly inputted the following hyperlink and it automatically reverts the ampersand back to the screen shot below... arcgis-survey123://?itemID=484c436819d7469aa62b2904452771cb &field:facilityID={facilityID} I am also now receiving these messages within Survey123 connect ... And when Collector tries to open Survey213 I get the following message on the bottom. Yet from the screenshot you can see the form had been downloaded and updated.

That is correct. I only want the FacilityID to be passed to the survey, but it only works on my desktop (Mac or Windows). When I try this on my smartphone, the only passed thru is ${facilityID} not the actual hydrant ID aka facilityID.

I have developed a hydrant map with popups that contain a hyperlink to a form built within Survey123. Utilizing the recent post by Ismael Chivite, Understanding Survey123's custom URL Scheme I have been able to transfer each hydrant's unique id (facilityID). Using Collector and Survey123 on my desktop the workflow works perfectly. Yet, when I try the same process on my iPhone or iPad I only get ${facilityID} transposed into the form and not the unique id. Please help. I have included some screen shots showing the workflow from my Mac. The copied hydrant form URL is: http://pasgis.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=484c436819d7469aa62b2904452771cb

Has anyone developed a workflow for Survey123 based upon the Q&A's sitting here within GeoNet? It would be beneficial to ESRI users like myself, whose prime role is not GIS related, but an add on. This would include those Survey123 elements that are not currently supported, but will be in the future. Aka automatically print to pdf or send to multiple choice id (non-ESRI User ID) or inputted email address. Just a thought. I am a visual person and it takes me a few moments to comprehend GeoNet posts and white papers.... Cheers! Oscar

Disregard, I found the answer! I changed the formula from: int((${end_date_time}-${start_date_time}) div(1000*48*60)) number((${end_date_time}-${start_date_time}) div(1000*60*60)) I even tested it across times greater than 24 hours.

Trying to calculate the difference in time between an assignment start time and end time with the answer formatted in total hours and any fraction thereof. So, if I worked 9/14/2016 13:00:00 till 9/14/2016 18:00:00 the 'Total Time Worked' equates to 5 hours. Yet, if there was a fractional time 9/14/2016 13:00:00 till 9/14/2016 18:31:00 'Total Time Worked' equates to 5.52 hours I have attached the XLSX form with my calculations. The row starts at A11 through A14. My current formula of: int((${end_date_time}-${start_date_time}) div(1000*48*60)) cannot produce a fractional answer. I have reworked it numerous times... This link shows it can be done, yet its beyond my ability. http://www.epochconverter.com/date-difference And looked at Dates and Times in Survey123 for ArcGIS as well...

In order to customize your app utilize AppStudio with your license set at Standard. The Basic License will not allow you to customize in the sense you are talking about... I am still waiting for my administrator to change my licensing, but I have a video I will upload shortly from the UC session, "Extending Survey123 for ArcGIS". Elvin Slavik and Sathya Prasad provided an awesome summation on how to custom brand Survey123. These were screen shots from that UC session showing what tools you would need to fully customize your app, as well as useful links.

I continually receive the following error message when trying to publish my survey from Survey123ConnectBeta v.1.4.30 Publishing Error code: 400 ["Folder title 'Survey-Daily_Vehicle_Checkout' not available." I looked over my xlsform and the survey and choices tabs follow all defined parameters. The survey works in Survey123ConnectBeta, yet will not publish. I looked over the GeoNet and it appears that code: 400 is a "catch all" for issues. I have attached the excel spreadsheet as well. Any help would be most appreciated.
