Allison, In Arcmap, inside the Layer Properties, navigate to the Time tab and choose "Enable time on this layer". Select the appropriate Time Field, Field Format, and Time Zone. I have attached a screenshot for you. Then republish your map service to ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS for Server.

Thank you Dan. Uninstalling python 3.6 and uninstalling/reinstalling PyScripter solved the issue.

I am using PyScripter IDE for Python. When I run an arcpython script on PyScripter, I get the error that says "ModuleNotFoundError:no module named 'arcpy'" . However, the arcpython script runs fine in Python window embedded with Arcmap. I have attached the snapshots of error and the sys.path. How do I configure this issue in PyScripter so that it will understand I am using arcpython modules? Thanks,

I have a fgdb that contains more than 20 feature datasets and each feature dataset contains multiple feature classes. Almost all feature classes share common fields for e.g. siteID, owner, name. Most of these fields are assigned domain values. I am looking for a script that essentially checks the common fields in different feature classes within a gdb and populates the field values. For example, all the feature classes have the fields as shown on the snapshot. As shown on the attached images, If the value of the field "owner" is private for a feature class named example, then the script should populate the field values of owner in other feature classes such as Installation_A and ExternalPropertyInterest_A as private. Could somebody please give me hints on how to do this or show me the scripts that do the similar things? Thanks a lot.

Andrew, I am not completely sure. But I do believe setting a larger page size in arcgis server should fix the issue. What happens when you print as jpg and png 32 files? If the Campus Boundary symbol shows up when printing as jpg and png files, then setting a larger page size should fix the issue. Good luck!

Dave, In the Field Calculator, choose Python and use a syntax very similar to the following: "<a href=" 'domainURL'+""+ !FIELD1!+""+!FIELD2!+" "+'target="_blank" ' ">PDF</a>" Hopefully this works for you. Try not to mismatch single quotations with double quotations.
