You can't use the SAP HANA geodatabase for replication at this moment. ArcGIS Desktop cannot connect to it, to create the Replica. You cannot create or connect to geodatabases in SAP HANA from ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcGlobe, or ArcScene. Versions have nothing to do with logins. By default, when a new geodatabase is created, there is only one version DEFAULT. Later you can create other versions under DEFAULT. The error is a bit misleading: Error: Cannot create topology  You cannot create a new Topology in a Versioned Feature Dataset. You need to Unregister as Versioned, to create the Topology.
