The June 2025 release was done on a Wednesday night/ Thursday morning. The issues caused by the June 2025 release happened on a weekday (Thursday), which is generally a busy day for many ESRI customers.
I would suggest that ESRI only do major releases on weekends, like a Friday night/Saturday morning, which would typically be less busy for their customers and not cause as many problems for us. This is what our own IT department does, and it seems that it would be a standard practice.
