Hey ArcGIS Hub Team, Just a heads up currently there are a few issues with the tools in ArcGIS Hub: Background images for Banners do not work- Image Transparency on background images isn't working- Hamburger Menu on mobile does nothing- I opened an Esri support case about these issues but I'm only allowed to troubleshoot one of these issues per case so I've turned to here to alert you. Thanks, Amanda

Jianxia Song just a few more quick questions. Will Enterprise Logins (The Benefits of using Enterprise Logins for ArcGIS Online ) for Portal data be supported in this first release? Will arcade web map visualizations be supported? We have a flagship WAB app that we would like to rebuild in Experience builder but these are the current limitations. Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hi Survey123 for ArcGIS, Please consider adding a search option ("contains" search) for navigating groups in S123 web. This would save a lot of time on our end endlessly scrolling through the list of group names. Thanks!

Hi ArcGIS Monitor Team, It would be great if there was a way to add links to the respective server logs and Web Monitor interface to email alerts. We've recently seen an influx in alerts over the past few days and every time we receive an alert we walk through the process of opening a browser tab and navigating to the respective server logs or Web Monitor page to learn more. I would greatly streamline the process if these respective URLs could be included in the email alert and us users could simply click and login. I have tried a workaround of adding these URLs to the Comments Section in the Monitor Administrator but there's a limitation in text length which makes this impossible. Please consider this enhancement to make GIS administrator's jobs a bit easier. Thanks so much, Amanda Huber

Hi ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Hub teams, We noticed that with the most recent upgrade to AGOL all Creator User Types can now create Hub Sites (according to this documentation) Who can create sites? Anyone who has an ArcGIS Online organizational account and has at least the following General Privileges assigned to their user role can create a site: Content—Create, update, and delete Groups—Create, update, and delete, View groups shared with the organization Sharing—Share with groups, and optionally, Share with organization and Share with public. We would like to restrict the creation of Hub sites to just specific individuals in our organization instead of all Creators User types. Is there a setting somewhere that we can restrict Site creation further? Thank you, Amanda

Hi ArcGIS Monitor Team, As you know many times there's a lot of information being displayed on a chart in Monitor (web version) and many times these metrics overlap each other making it difficult to view. It would be really awesome to visually filter out servers/items in a graph via the table below or via a drop down option. Ideally this would look something like how ArcGIS Insights handles visual queries where the item in interest are dark and the rest of the information is transparent/ subdued (similar to the image below) Just a suggestion for one more way you could improve the usability of your product. Thanks, Amanda

Hi QuickCapture Team, When navigating though Feature Layer content Map Image layers also display. In the designer it's unclear which is the feature layer and if the map image layer is selected instead we receive an error message (please see images below). Please either identify the Map Image Layer with an icon (and document that it cannot be used) or remove it completely from displaying in this content. Thank you, Amanda

Just follow up on this post in case someone else stumbles upon it with the same question. We opened an Esri case and determined this solution: from arcgis.gis import GIS gis = GIS('https://www.arcgis.com','arch0000') token = gis._con.token item_properties = { "title":"TestAdd2", "tags":"test", "url":"https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Wildfire_secure/FeatureServer", "type":"Feature Service", "description":"Test Me", "serviceUsername":"user1", "servicePassword":"user1", "token":token } gis.content.add(data="https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Wildfire_secure/FeatureServer",owner="arch0000",item_properties=item_properties) Best, Amanda

Hi James, Thanks so much for the reply. It did appear to be an read-only mode issue and the issue has been resolved. That being said we're further investigating why the data store was placed in a read-only mode since we have not recently run out of space, but in the mean time S123 can successfully publish data. Thanks again!

I also am running into this error message with Survey 123 3.7.6 and Portal 10.7.1 We've opened an Esri case regarding it (case #02455902) and hopefully can determine the issue.

How can we add a service to AGOL with stored credentials using the python api? Ideally we would like to add an item from our Portal ArcGIS Server to AGOL though python. We've looked through the documentation found publish(), add(), and register(), but did not see anything about storing credentials? Thanks!
