Hi, It looks like can access this information from the REST endpoint of the feature service layer but we do not currently expose it via an API property on ArcGISFeatureLayerInfo class. You could make the request yourself using C# and the ArcGISHttpClientHandler (which will help handle any authentication required). Cheers Mike

HI, You need to apply the patch: https://community.esri.com/community/developers/native-app-developers/blog/2019/07/24/announcing-the-arcgis-desktop-engine-server-microsoft-r-windows-r-june-2019-security-update-compatibility-patch But note you will also need to update your server to at least 10.4 to remain supported and obtain an available patch. Cheers Mike

Hi Keith, Sorry you ran into this - I've logged an issue for our doc team to follow up and fix up. Regarding a spec for the functions - I'll check with one of the raster folk and let you know. Cheers Mike

Hi, Have you tried Morten's suggestion on the Toolkit issue you opened? ...look at the control templates used. It's probably a setting on the listview control that you can set by overriding the control template. The following links should help you get started: Item containers and templates - Windows UWP applications | Microsoft Docs Disabling selection of some items in a UWP ListView | Magnus Montin Cheers Mike

In this case the error message indicates what's happening: `DirectX failure CreateQuery code = 0x887a0005` Looking at the DirectX error information online this indicates: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED 0x887A0005 The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred. The application should destroy and recreate the device. For help debugging the problem, call ID3D10Device::GetDeviceRemovedReason. Within ArcGIS Runtime we have code that detects these events and attempts to recover from them if possible or gracefully fail, but unfortunately in some situations we have not yet found a robust approach to detect all occurrences of this error. It may help to check your system information, particularly the 'Display' info: Please can you goto Visual Studio > Help > About > DxDiag and share the results here? Also, if you can consistently reproduce, please share your code and data. If that's not possible here, please see Esri Support Contact Support. Cheers Mike

Hi Kirk, Support for curves/arcs in the API is on the roadmap for a future release. But as you have found, the only type of segment currently supported is a LineSegment. Regards Mike

ArcGIS Runtime Local Server SDK Microsoft (R) Windows (R) June 2019 Security Update Compatibility Patch Summary This patch resolves an issue with Local Feature Services where the returned DrawingInfo JSON is missing markerGraphics geometry information when the ServiceFeatureTable.UseAdvancedSymbology property is set to true and the local machine has the Microsoft Windows June 2019 or later security updates installed. Description Esri® announces the ArcGIS Runtime Local Server SDK Microsoft® Windows® June 2019 Security Update Compatibility Patch. The June 2019 security updates from Microsoft added additional checks for records included in a metafile. Publishing services from ArcGIS leverages metafiles to transport character markers to the server. The conversion of these markers uses a Microsoft GDI function which was updated with the June 2019 updates - this update caused these metafiles to fail to convert. This fix resolves that issue by imposing stricter standards on creation of these metafiles inside of ArcGIS Runtime Local Server SDK. This patch deals specifically with the issues listed below under Issues Addressed with this patch. Issues Addressed with this patch BUG-000123420 - Local Feature Service DrawingInfo is missing markerGraphics geometry information when the ServiceFeatureTable.UseAdvancedSymbology property is set to true and the local machine has the Microsoft Windows June 2019 or later security updates installed. Hi, I suspect you might be running into the server-side issue introduced with a recent Microsoft Security patch - for more info see https://community.esri.com/community/developers/native-app-developers/blog/2019/07/24/announcing-the-arcgis-desktop-engine-server-microsoft-r-windows-r-june-2019-security-update-compatibility-patch One easy way to test is to set ServiceFeatureTable.UseAdvancedSymbology to false. If you then see symbols rendered as expected it's likely to be caused by the issue linked above. Cheers Mike

ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, Server) Microsoft (R) Windows (R) June 2019 Security Update Compatibility Patch Summary This patch resolves an issue with publishing services containing character marker symbology from ArcMap to ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online. This issue began with Microsoft's June 2019 security updates. The patch should be applied to ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Engine and ArcGIS Server machines. Description Esri® announces the ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine, Server) Microsoft® Windows® June 2019 Security Update Compatibility Patch. The June 2019 security updates from Microsoft added additional checks for records included in EMF files. Publishing services from ArcMap leverages EMF files to transport character markers when publishing services to ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Online. The conversion of these markers uses a Microsoft GDI function which was updated with the June 2019 security updates which caused these metafiles to fail to convert. This patch resolves the issue by imposing stricter standards on creation of these metafiles inside of ArcGIS Desktop. Symptoms of this issue include the inability for ArcGIS Runtime-based applications to show advanced symbols. The patch must be installed on client machines running ArcGIS Engine or ArcGIS Desktop as well as server machines running ArcGIS Server. This patch deals specifically with the issues listed below under Issues Addressed with this patch. Issues addressed with this patch BUG-000123406 - Feature Service drawingInfo is missing markerGraphics information when the returnAdvancedSymbols property is true and the hosting machine has the Microsoft Windows June 2019 or later security updates installed. Hi Mody, As Joe suggested, take a look at Collector for Android/iOS as it may already offer what you you need. To help understand the offline workflow I recommend starting with the Guide topic https://developers.arcgis.com/net/latest/wpf/guide/offline.htm. If after evaluating Collector you still need to build a custom app I also recommend taking a looking the Data Collection example app build by the Runtime development team: https://developers.arcgis.com/example-apps/data-collection-dotnet/. The master branch currently contains a WPF app (there's a UWP version in progress in https://github.com/Esri/data-collection-dotnet/tree/uwp-attachments). Cheers Mike

Hi, ArcGIS Runtime components are not currently supported for use in internet-/server-/service- based scenarios. It is a requirement we are monitoring and we hope to be able to support this use case in the future. There are ways of extending ArcGIS Server to implement your behavior - for more info see About extending services—Documentation | ArcGIS Enterprise. Regards Mike

Hi, This issue requires further investigation to determine the cause of the error and the appropriate resolution. In the interim you can workaround this by specifying the SpatialReference of the Stop geometries you are creating: e.g. `List<MapPoint> coordinates = new List<MapPoint> { new MapPoint(50.9208595, 5.3386841,SpatialReferences.Wgs84), new MapPoint(50.9299484, 5.3944303,SpatialReferences.Wgs84) };` These specific coordinates will cause the SolveRouteAsync task to return an exception that you can catch. The exception message indicates that the Stops cannot be located on the network. Cheers Mike
