Hi Anneley, Ah I see! I assume cascades are controlled by XLSForms functionality that only the Survey123 app can read and Pro cannot. A workaround might be to: download the feature service as a file gdb manually configure the necessary subtypes and domains to match how it works in Survey123 add the new survey points to the feature class in this file gdb add the Survey123 feature service to ArcGIS Pro Open the Edit tab Select all the local points that you want to add to the Online feature service and use the copy & paste functionality: Copy and paste using the clipboard—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop Carmel

Hi Gregory, Links will only work in ArcGIS Online if they begin with http:// or https:// - your documents would need to be sitting somewhere that has Internet Information Services (IIS) enabled/installed . It's possible to do this for your own machine but I think it would have to be kept on all the time for the links to remain active. The URL to your documents would then be something like http://machinename.com/word.doc. Carmel

Hi Oscar, Have you tried copying the old features into the new feature service using Copy and paste using the clipboard—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS for Desktop ? When I'm editing existing surveys to add new questions, I add the new fields (questions) to the ArcGIS Online feature service first through a web map (How To: Add a field to an ArcGIS Online hosted feature service) (Make sure the field name matches the new question name in Excel) and then when I edit the survey and publish it, I don't get the error that the existing data service is not compatible with my survey and I don't have to merge feature services afterwards. I'm not sure how well this would work if you're using more complex Survey123 elements like Repeats. Carmel

Hi Terry, It sounds like using repeats/related tables might help you - In Survey123 you would set the survey up to include a repeat (answers are wrote to a table associated with the feature service):Repeats—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS and then for future audits, you would use Collector for ArcGIS to add more audits/surveys to that points, more information here:Related Tables – Exploring New Ways to use Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Blog So in essence, you begin with 1 point on a map for a building (or whatever is being audited) and then there's a table associated with that point that holds each audit that's happened over time. A limitation that comes to mind is that Survey123 functionality like hints and conditional questions won't translate to Collector. Carmel

Hi Terry, I think I understand what you mean but I'm getting confused by your terminology - When you say you want to 'add additional data features to the list', do you mean add actual points on the map or do you mean add more attributes? Is this one by one, or by bulk? Would you be able to explain your workflow using a real example? Carmel

Hi Jason, Would this all be in the one survey entry? If so, you would be able to use calculations: Formulas—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS If the first sky condition question name was SkyCondition, then you'd enter ${SkyCondition} into the calculation column of the second sky condition question row. Whatever is entered for the 1st question will automatically be entered for the second question. If this is across multiple survey entries, then using Favorite Answers might be the solution: Prepopulate answers—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Carmel

Hi Dirk, We experienced this on iOS devices that were being used in Senegal - we thought it might have been down to the devices being bought locally and them struggling with language conversion? Only one user in the field encountered this issue. Force closing the app or uninstalling/reinstalling the app fixed the problem for us. Carmel

For customer projects I'm working on, we're looking at post processing the data as well - similar to Weng, seperate the values based on commas and then replace _ with spaces. Another question would be, how are people handling 'or_other' or 'Other' relevant fields? I've found with Survey123 that it's awesome you can make a complex survey really easy to use for the end user but then as the data administrator your life is made more complicated! Carmel
