Hi Michael, If you're getting an error message with a tablet, it's worth logging it directly with your local Esri support team as a bug: https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support I assume the error persists in portrait and layout mode? Carmel

Hi Randy, Are all your users in the same organisation? Is it feasible to share the layers/webmaps with the organisation and then only share the web app with the group? Otherwise your suggestion above to use 2 groups will also work - as long as the correct people are part of both groups. Having two groups will be an administrative overhead but is the better option if you need to restrict other users in the organisation from access to content. Carmel

Hi April, GeoTagged Photos To Points—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop (Available in ArcMap & ArcGIS Pro) will allow you to create a similar feature class to what you see in Drone2Map - this can then be shared to ArcGIS Online. If you use Operations Dashboard the image will appear directly in the pop up instead of having to open it in a new tab. Carmel

Hi Ashley, That's a good questions and took a lot of brain power on the last day before the holidays! I managed to do it incorporating Repeats into the survey (some caveats covered at the end): The user runs through the set of questions as many times as they need to complete the survey: Then I used Aggregate Functions to sum the values coming from the Yellow_PLU_Code & Red_PLU_Code fields: For example, if I run through the repeat and select lemon and apple, the values wrote to the field are: Caveats: this works well if the user only chooses one of each fruit colour. If they choose 2 of the same fruit colour, (lemon and banana), the codes are just concatenated with no punctuation: Hopefully this is something you might be able to build upon yourself - another method is suggested by the user GIS Officer here: https://community.esri.com/message/675570-re-calculating-a-final-total-from-repeats-survey123?commentID=675570#comment-6… Carmel

Hi Alexandre, You'll find it in the Pages tab of the Site Configuration: Using this would mean multiple sites are looking at the same source page, rather than a cloned page. Carmel

Hi Alexandre, I've just run a test (I created a new site, added 2 pages, cloned this site), deleting a page in the cloned site did not impact the original site. Were you linking pages together? If you rename a page, does that impact the page on the original site? Carmel

Hi Alexandre, I'm not sure if that's a bug or as designed as this functionality is so new. I'm tagging ArcGIS Hub & Courtney Claessens to highlight your question! It also might be worth logging this directly with your local Tech Support team: https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support. Carmel

Hi Cody, As long as coordinate systems were kept aligned, the data would still be accurate (depending on the GPS of the device etc.) and the layer can be add to another basemap. Carmel

Hi Cody, A web map and Collector for ArcGIS requires that a basemap is in place. It is possibe to create your own basemap using one of these methods: Using tile packages for publishing hosted tile layers | ArcGIS Blog In your case you would create a polygon for your area of interest that has no fill or outline and share as a tile package. Basemaps are there to provide context for end users, will the data be usable with no visial guide of where they are? Carmel

Hi Tony, From my research, it does not seem to be possible to invite ArcGIS Online users to Portal for ArcGIS groups. If you make your Portal for ArcGIS group Public, outside users can only find the group if they know the URL for it, they won't be able to search for it in ArcGIS Online. Outside users being able to access the group is also dependent on whether your Portal for ArcGIS instance is accessible outside your network or not. A new piece of funationality called Collaboration has been released, and it's possible to sign up to the early adopter program: Distributed collaboration—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS - this allows you to share content between your Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online without duplicating.
