Found the issue finally, the original data was in excel and the date was formatted in a way that arcmap knew it was a Date field type but couldn't do anything with it. So after bringing it in under arcmap standard format it was able to pass the date.

Yea it's really annoying when it happens I'm not sure why it keeps disconnecting but I've had to make multiple connections and I just go through the list selecting connections (of the same one) until it finally works. You can see Iv'e done this a lot in the pic below

Hi there I have a similar question, I'm trying to pass a date from my portal web map to pre-populate my web form but I'm not sure if I'm going about it right. It's date type and esriFieldTypeDate nothing else. Hi I saw my days were off by one day as well, this is something recent. The one having issues is hidden but the other date I have isn't and there are no problems with it. The hidden one also has this calculation pictured below. Maybe it has to do with it being hidden?

Hi everyone An issue I’ve been having is that when I’ve filled out everything in the survey form I get an error like I missed answering a question, even though it contains a number. This question is integer type and esriFieldTypeInteger and is pre-populated from the web map pop-up box. This question should then display a drop-down list of names but even though it’s filled in with the answer it acts like it hasn’t been answered. The way to fix it is to click in the question box and then it acts like it’s been answered though nothing about it was changed. Any reason why it acts this way? This is in the web.

Have you made any updates to the forms and published them? If you do you need to connect the webhook again to that survey. Also when using the App you need to download the survey again after you see the webhook is connected. I'd make sure that there isn't a webhook on the website then turn off the webhook in Flow. After, turn it back on and refresh the page for survey123.

Hi everyone, We have started utilizing Survey123 here in our local District and want to take it region wide but the issue we're stuck at is this: There is only one account to use for creating surveys, it will be shared with 3 people who will get email notifications in their respective Districts (there's 3 Districts) also the responsible managers for that survey gets notified. We 3 need to download the report and excel data and email it to the correct managers again. We would be receiving email notifications constantly from the 15+ surveys! Ideally, we wouldn't need to go into the Survey123 website for that specific survey and manually download the report/excel, it would be attached to the email notification. We are trying to have one location (web map) and a single method that people go to for submitting different surveys. Is there a workflow someone can share with me to figure this out? Or a workaround to get reports/excel attached to the emails? We're using Microsoft flow. Thanks for any help

Hi all, I have created a template to generate a report for survey123 but for some reason the value is giving me a date instead becomes The attribute data in survey123 shows the correct values not this date/time. If it helps it's a relevant hidden question. Thanks for any help

There is also an issue I'm having with the reports not printing, I don't have a geopoint question in my form.

I had this issue as well, I went about it by disconnecting Survey123 from Microsoft Flow and reconnecting it. Go to your settings in Microsoft Flow, click Connections, find your Survey123 Connections and click the three little dots to delete it. A warning will appear about deleting it. Your Flow set up is still there and won't be deleted just the connection. Then you can add a new connection at the top of the page. Hope this resolves your issue.

The edit option would be fantastic as most of my colleagues don't know how to use GIS software so the easy looking interface would be more appealing for them to use.
