Survey123 Customize map

I'm working with Survey123 results, and I'd like to customize the data symbols to make a more attractive map.  I see where I am able to bring in the results as a feature service and change my basemap, add other layers, etc., but can't find where to customize the symbology for the point symbols.  Thanks.

Hover over survey, click shapesClick options for symbolsClick on 'Symbols'
