Ryan, I know if an Arcade Expression is used in a Popup, it will not display in Explorer.   I would think that something had to have changed in order for it to stop working. Paul, There is a geonet place Explorer for ArcGIS Beta  that has the latest information about on-going early adopter and beta opportunities.  Currently there is a EAP for Explorer on Windows in progress.  A bit too early for this specific issue, as feature search has not been implemented yet.   You can also send an e-mail to [email protected] and ask to join the Explorer beta program, this will allow the team to keep you informed when betas are available to test. The next version of Explorer with definition query fix will be built on the 100.5 Runtime.  The Runtime should be complete in March.  Opportunities to beta Explorer should be available about the same time. Erica, Some extra information, that might be helpful..   Using ArcGIS Pro 2.3 (coming soon) to create Mobile Map Packages for use in Runtime apps, will convert the "SVG" portions of points symbols to PNG for use in marker symbols and display in runtime apps. Collector allows for using one VTPK as a basemap, it doesn't support viewing multiple VTPKs in the same map.   You can put all of your layers into one VTPK or create a Vector Tile Service (extractable) and take them offline. ... View more
