I am having issues printing from the Web Application builder print widget and the ArcGIS Online map viewer print function. Basemap layers will print fine, but features from my feature service are not being displayed in the image/file that is generated for printing. When I try to print I get the labels from the features displayed, just not the symbols for the features.The feature service is a secured service running on our organization's 10.3.1 ArcGIS Server registered as an item within ArcGIS Online. I get the same experience whether I use the print service available in ArcGIS Online or a print service running from our ArcGIS Server environment. When trying to publish an update to a survey that is connected to an existing feature service using the submission_URL setting, I am now getting an error from Survey123 Connect that says the Feature service information is unavailable. Has something changed with the most recent update to ArcGIS Online that prevents using an existing feature service with Survey123 as before? Here is the error message that I receive.

Thank you very much for posting this. This helps a lot and I too don't understand why this isn't documented somewhere else. Sounds like that is happening at the next release though thank you James. Overall great tool, looking forward to the continued enhancements. Brian

When logging into survey123 I see the option to download surveys that have been shared with my account, I select to download the survey, it says that it downloads successfully, but the survey never shows up in the "My Surveys Section". I this happening on Survey123 for Windows10. I am able to download surveys on an iOS device with same account just fine.

I’ve published a feature service to ArcGIS Online and one to ArcGIS Server (same data structure) which has a point feature class that has two related non-spatial tables. The relationships are built off of the global ID from the point feature class. When I try to publish a form using Survey123 connect and connect to either of these services I get an error that says the parent relationship is not found. The relationship does exist at the geodatabase level and is visible in the resulting feature services. Am I missing something in the setup of the form in Survey123 Connect?

I'm still having issues setting up a repeat with a related table to store multiple images. I have the relationship class built, and have published a feature service with that related table available in the feature service, but when trying to publish my survey from Survey123 connect with the repeat referencing the related table by name I get an error that says the table cannot be found in the feature service. I am using a feature service published from an ArcGIS Server which is then registered with ArcGIS Online. I am not using a hosted feature service or Portal for ArcGIS. Is this a supported workflow? If so what do I need to do to correctly reference the related table in the repeat of Survey123? Thank you for your help with this,

I am having the same issue, the problem is being seen on all iOS devices. I see it on my iPhone and iPad and the devices of multiple field crews we have out working on a project.

I hoped that wasn't the answer, but that's what I thought I was seeing. I tried creating a "dummy" map tour, adding images to it and then getting the URL from there to add into a Map Journal. I hoped there would be another way to do this. Looking forward to the capability in a future release. It would be nice to either upload images directly, or be able to save credentials into one of the options for sharing images.

Is it possible to use images in a story map that are shared privately? I would like to create a story map that is shared to a specific group, but I don't want the images I load into the story map to be publicly available on the web. Is this possible? I've tried uploading images as hosted items in ArcGIS Online, then sharing those items with a group that the users of the storymap are members of, but I'm getting mixed results. Brian
