Hmm.....it didn't seem to like that. I just get 'There was an error with the expression.' As for where my data is stored, it's in a 10.7 enterprise geodatabase on SQL (2014).

I'm trying to figure out a way to query feature classes based on the 'last_edited_date' field so that it shows features that were edited yesterday. So for today (5/18/2021), anything that has 5/17/2021 in the last_edited_date field regardless of time. And for tomorrow, anything that has 5/18/2021. I've been trying to use the 'CURRENT_DATE' function in SQL, but that doesn't seem to be working. Any help is appreciated.

I was hoping that this would be resolved with the new release of Pro 2.8 that just came out. But unfortunately it doesn't seem to be. Which is a shame.

I'm just starting out with Data Reviewer in ArcGIS Pro. One of the features I love about Data Reviewer in Desktop is the Version Differences option. It's especially useful when training a new person. The new person's version is created off a QAQC Version so when they reconcile and post, it goes to QAQC instead of the Default. From there I can use Data Reviewer to compare the QAQC version to the default to go over changes. It's super handy. I can't seem to find this functionality in the Pro version of Data Reviewer. Am I missing it? Is it just not there?

I figured it out! Right before the expression is returned I added the code: expression = expression.replace("&", "&") And that fixed the issue of ArcMap not liking an actual "&" in the text string.

I know this is a bit old at this point but I have a question about this code. First off, thank you so much for posting it. It works beautifully most of the time. However, every now and then I get something like this happening: This point only has 6 things related to it all of which are on the first two lines: You can see the related features in the table here: It's like the label is repeating features for some reason. Is there a way I can fix this? I used your code exactly as it is above, just changed field names and table location.

The recommended setting (which I have it set at) is 1920x1080. Which I feel is average. Although to be fair, I am not a computer person so could be wrong.

I just wanted to add my two cents to this topic in case someone else runs into the same issue I did. I was obviously searching for a reason why my popups in portal weren't working in Chrome and came across this topic. I didn't really pay mind to the zoom settings at first, I never zoom in on a webpage so I didn't think this applied to me. Looking at my display settings on my laptop though I discovered that the default setting is zoomed to 125%. That is the recommended setting. Changing that to 100% fixed the issue. I know Robert mentioned resetting things to default settings but in this case, the default setting would be 125% because that is tagged as the recommended setting. So just something to keep in mind.

So the 'Skip enterprise database connections' was already unchecked, but checking the 'Index items on network disks' seems to have reset something because now it pulls things from the database when I search. I do wish there was a setup similar to ArcMap still and the reason being is that I usually have a read-only connection as well as an editing connection to the same database and so searching pulls duplicate results and you have to hover over to figure out which is which. So it would be nice to be able to explicitly state which connection to search but I will accept the functionality as it currently is.

With in ArcMap in the Search window (panel) you have the capability to connect to databases and folders to also search those. This functionality is super handy, not only for people who may not know the database well but in other scenarios too. For instance, I have connect to a folder where we store all our georeferenced asbuilts. Each asbuilt has an image ID in it's file name so I can use the Search window to search on that image ID (that I get from identifying a feature) and immediately pull it into my map. I love this functionality. Does Pro have anything like this? You can search within a Project but even when I have a connection to the database and a folder connection to certain folders, the search only seems to return maps and layouts. Am I missing something?

Hi Claire, Unfortunately, I have not found an answer. I usually publish from ArcMap 10.7.1 to our server, but if you are saying you had luck publishing from Pro (at least at one point), I might have to look into that. My Pro is up to date at 2.7.2 so maybe whatever bug you are seeing at 2.6.2 has been fixed. And I see the same thing where it works properly in other places. Not only in Desktop but it works fine in Collector as well. It's just Web App Builder that is throwing a wrench in the gears.

Did you ever find a solution/workaround for this? I am currently publishing quite a few layers to our portal with Pro 2.7.2 and not being able to include the description when publishing is a hassle. I usually publish both the feature and map service so I then have to had the description twice in Portal. It's really annoying.

The features are in the attribute table. When looking at the same HOA layer as before there are 83 features in the table as there should be and when I select one that isn't drawn, you can see it selected on the map. And republishing the layer with simple symbology and no labels didn't help so that is not the issue unfortunately. That would have been a somewhat easy fix.
