For the other PC, does it's ArcGIS Pro have licensing for the Image Analyst extension AND meet the requirements for working with stereo mapping?

David - so I looked into ModelBuilder, your model and perhaps a way of doing it better with iterators and a submodel embedded in the main model (typically you can only have 1 iterator per model but a sub-model allows you to have multiple iterators!). The first thing I did was create a new model (submodel) using the Iterate Feature Classes iterator. I double clicked the Iterate Feature Class iterator and set the Workspace or Feature Dataset parameter to my fGBD that has the FC's I wish to delete. I set the Wildcard to an asterisk for all FC's. I connected the green oval to the Delete GP tool. Select all the graphical items in the model, right-click and click Group from the Context menu. Next right-click again and select Save as Model and save it in your Custom Toolbox. (see Image 1) Next, create a new model. Drag and drop the newly created submodel onto the new model canvas. I then added the Iterate Feature Classes iterator. Double-click the Iterate Feature Classes iterator. For Workspace or Feature Dataset parameter, navigate to your other GDB that has the new data to copy into the other GDB. I set the wildcard parameter again with an asterisk for all FC's. Next add the Copy GP tool to your model and connect the green oval to the Copy GP tool. (See Image 2) Save your and name this model in your custom toolbox. You should now have 2 toolboxes - 1 for the submodel and 1 for the main model. The key to making this approach work is in the Catalog Pane under Databases, be sure to set your output geodatabase as the default geodatabase. Right-click on the target GDB and select Make Default. In the main model modelbuilder view, select validate and run from the run group on the ModelBuilder tab. This workflow works for me and I think simplifies what you're trying to do. Caveat - of course - Python is a better approach. I can export this out as a Python script and tweak the script more. Submodel.JPG MainModel.JPG

With a Basic ArcGIS Pro license, this provides certain geoprocessing toolboxes you can use for various kinds of analysis. As you listed with the Editing Toolbox, all those GP tools are not available with a Basic License as the Basic column does not have any checks in it. Most if not all geodatabase behaviors (i.e. subtypes, domains, etc.) require Standard or Advanced licensing to create. With regards to "core functionality", this Esri BeLux page has a descriptive table that breaks down, by license level, what you can and/or cannot do with ArcGIS Pro.

Question for you - are you running the model in ModelBuilder or as a tool from a custom toolbox?

I'd recommend you post this question in the ArcGIS Web AppBuilder Questions community to get more visibility in that community. This is the ArcGIS Pro Questions community.

I believe a calculation attribute rule would be the workflow you want to investigate. There's a great example of this here where the calculation rule (either immediate or batch mode) calculates the value of feature(s) in one feature class based upon the overlapping area of another feature class (polygon).

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and testing the Generate Schema Report GP tool on a fGDB FC and an eGDB FC where the output is an HTML file. I run the tool once, it creates the output file. If I don't delete the HTML file in File Explorer, then it throws the error code you listed. If I do delete the HTML file in File Explorer (and the GP window is still open), name the output file the same name as the first time, it runs just fine. I wonder since you're seeing this now in 3.3, maybe you should do a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro to see if this clears the error message.

Hmmm...not sure. @KoryKramer - are you aware of a file that can be modified outside of the Project->Options to set a default package output location?

Yes, in ArcGIS Pro itself, go the Project->Options->Application group->Share and Download tab and you see many options for Staging, Unpacking of packages, templates, files and offline maps. There is a radio button you can click "Ask where to save before unpacking" that you can set too. If you accept application defaults, they always go to your C:\Users\user_profile\Documents\ArcGIS Pro\Packages directory or others seen in this pane.

Yes, you I believe you can do this using the workflow described in this Esri Technical Support document. Not necessarily Python code but there is code involved in the user.config file.

Interesting with the DEBUG error messages. Since you've recently updated to ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and were not seeing this error message before, I wonder if applying a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro would resolve this issue.

So one thing I see is your input workspace is using OneDrive. I know other workflows in ArcGIS Pro using OneDrive causes issues in the GP environment. Can you test a workflow for me? Can the input workspace and Input_feature be on the C: drive vs. a OneDrive environment? Do you get the same error messages? Please advise.

@mvd99 - I've looked at the internals about this performance issue and am not seeing too much. I wonder, since this has worked in the past with no issues, if a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro may help?

Good morning - I see a related Support Case of a user experiencing the same issue as you. It was related to XTools being installed on the same computer as ArcGIS Pro. Do you have XTools installed and if so, can you uninstall to see if this behavior is repeated or is now operating normally?

@TomMagdaleno - sorry your user experience with ArcGIS Pro is slow. This is not normal nor expected behavior. I'm running ArcGIS Pro 3.3 on a Dell laptop with sufficient specs and it's fast. I would strongly recommend you contact Esri Support Services to see if they can troubleshoot your computer's slow behavior with ArcGIS Pro. In the meantime, this Esri Community document may assist you in troubleshooting performance.
