The first thing I would suggest is to install the latest version of ArcGIS Pro 3.3 (April 2024) to see if this resolves this issue. ArcGIS Pro 2.8.8 came out November 1, 2022 and ArcGIS Pro 2.8.0 came out May 2021. There have been A LOT of improvements, upgrades, new functionality since 2021. Are you able to upgrade? Second thing I would recommend is a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro to restore the application to "factory settings" - you can learn how to do this here.

This is rather strange. What ArcGIS Pro version are you using? I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and it's there. I can see it in my 2D views, 3D scenes and 3D globes. When I see general wonkiness like this, first thing I recommend is a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro to see if that restores missing functionality. You can learn more about how to do this here.

Hmmmm...very interesting! I'm wondering if this has to do with the Set Security Options for the ArcGIS Pro Project and Application options. You can read about it here. What I would recommend you try is adding the .url extension to the Supported File Extensions and see if that makes any difference.

@EvanMyers1 - I've reproduced this behavior on my ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and think it may be a BUG. I would recommend you contact Esri Support Services to work with an analyst so they may log it as such.

@SanchezNuñez - this checkbox does not exist in ArcGIS Pro to my knowledge. By default, it you do not register a feature class as versioned, that feature class is using a non-versioned editing workflow in the Map View. The checkbox means that you want to switch to editing a versioned feature class in the ArcMap dataframe. To test, I added two feature classes into a single Map View in ArcGIS Pro, one traditionally versioned and one non-versioned. I could edit both in the same Map View. For my non-versioned edits, as expected, I had no undo/redo capabilities nor could I save or discard the edits. For my versioned edits, I could do versioned editing without any problems - undo/redo was available as was save/discard.

If I'm tracking the same AHP Add-in for ArcGIS Pro, you can download it at this GitHub link here BUT it only works for ArcGIS Pro 2.x versions instead of the ArcGIS Pro 3.x environments. There is a note within the GitHub page that discusses AHP migration to ArcGIS Pro 3.x and forward compatibility. My guess is you would have to migrate the code to the .NET 6 Desktop Runtime x64 framework for ArcGIS Pro 3.2 and earlier releases as ArcGIS Pro 3.3 uses .NET 8

Okay - I think I'm tracking. What about using a Definition Query on the layer to extract those values you want from the Coded Value Domain...THEN apply the unique symbology/sorted.

In the Symbology Pane, you can right-click on the Label column and select Ascending or Descending to sort the symbology values/labels. Is this what you're trying to accomplish?

There is a Sort Coded Value Domain (Data Management) GP tool that sorts on Code or Description in ascending or descending order that may help with this.

@Adminhffc - I'm thinking "maybe" you have multiple symbol layers making up your arrow symbology. One thing to try is left click the symbol in the Contents Pane. This will open the Format Point Symbol pane. From there, you can click the layers and/or structure tabs in this pane to see if you have multiple layers making up the symbology. If so, turn off the black "star" one and see if this resolves the issue.

Hi Cathy - whenver I do an update to ArcGIS Pro - such as the 3.3 update - I find it useful to do a soft reset of ArcGIS Pro to set it back to factory defaults. You can learn more about this here.

@NormWright - in Training Services, the Content Team is updating the 4 web courses on ArcGIS Urban and we hope to have them done in the near future. Sorry about the nebulous timeframe as I'm not at liberty to discuss. BUT with that said, there are 6 Learn ArcGIS web courses for free you can take at this URL - Tutorial Gallery | Documentation (arcgis.com) - that may assist with learning the product. Hope this helps!

@BrookeAumann - sorry this process is taking a very long time to complete. This is not expected behavior for sure nor is it my experience using ArcGIS Pro 3.2.x. I would strongly recommend that you contact Esri Support Services to create a case and work with an analyst to resolve this issue and/or create a BUG for this workflow.
