In reviewing some internal documents, one workflow to try to resolve is the following: "Resolution: A mapped drive was used when adding image path to the mosaic dataset (MDS), and a folder may have been changed, thus resulting in the file path save in the MDS to be not accessible. Prior to publishing your map service, you should explore "Configure map service properties" for the GP tool help linked here.  Item 4i talks about Extent - there are 2 options - "use map extent" (default setting is the extent of all layers in the map) or "area of interest".  This should resolve your extent issue. ... Barbara - so one of the problems I came across with the rasters and the raster calculator had to do with NULL values in the raster dataset.  Whenever I tried to do raster math the NULL values would mess with the output.  So here's the workflow I used to get what I think is the correct approach (I could be wrong!) Ran the CON geoprocessing tool twice to identify those NULL values in the svo_near and wnb_near raster datasets.  If NULL, calc that cell to be zero.  If not NULL then give the cells the original svo_near and wnb_near  cell values.  See Capture1 image.  2 new raster datasets are created with the _NN (not null) suffix.  (svo_near_NN and wnb_near_NN) Then I ran the Raster Calculator GP tool with the following syntax:   Con(Raster("svo_near_NN") < ("wnb_near_NN"),"wnb_near_NN", "svo_near_NN")  See Capture2 image. Question:  Is that heat map symbology for a point?  If so, I wonder if the feature weight IS working but it sees it as a point vs a raster.  If it's the heat map symbology, use the Kernel Density GP tool to create a raster dataset and then apply feature weight on the raster dataset.  Any difference? ... Michiana - let's try a different approach.  Go to Content in the top ribbon->My Content->Add Item->From your computer, select the zipped shapefile, Add Item.  If successful, this will create a hosted feature layer.  Then you can click "Open in Map Viewer" to see the layer in a web map.  What is the result?  Please advise. ...
