A workaround of the Image Server idea is to Migrate a Raster Catalog to a Mosaic Dataset using the workflow mentioned here. Works with Standard and Advanced Desktop licenses.

Yes, you can use the Clip geoprocessing tool to limit the features in a feature class. You do need a clipping polygon such as a city/county/area boundary. The tool creates a new feature class (geodatabase or shapefile). There are other ways to do this but this is the first thing that came to my mind.

Hmmm...I know Administrators of the Portal can use a command line to list members of the Portal and export it out as a *.txt file using the ListUsers utility. Not sure if it can do the same for only a Group.

Mauricio - Assuming you're using ArcMap here. If you add graphic text/lines/etc only in Layout View, they're only present in the map layout you're creating but not in Data View. If you want to see the graphic text/lines/etc in BOTH Layout View and Data View, then you need to add them in Data View only. When you switch over to Layout View, you'll them there too.

If you're using ArcGIS Pro (or ArcMap), you'll need to create a LAS Dataset first to work with it in those applications. The Create LAS Dataset geoprocessing tool licensing requirements are as follows: Basic: Requires 3D Analyst or Spatial Analyst Standard: Yes Advanced: Yes Beyond that, here is a great resource link on working with LAS in ArcGIS Pro.

Melina - yes. You can use the following workflow to resolve this workflow here. In the case of the Input True raster or constant value parameter, you'd use DSM2 and for the Input false raster or constant value, you'd use DSM1.

Jerome - you are correct. This is BUG-000095591 - The Symbol Selector window does not display when graduated colors and graduated symbols under Quantities symbology are used and the properties for all symbols are clicked. The BUG report states is was found in ArcMap 10.4.x and reproducible in ArcMap 10.8. I'm not seeing when it will be corrected. I have not attempted to reproduce this ArcMap workflow in ArcGIS Pro so cannot comment if it's possible to do this in Pro. I'd recommend you call Esri Tech Support to add your customer number to this BUG number.

Sarah - I did this exact same thing in the 90's using ArcView*GIS 3.x for a county in South Carolina. They then created a fold-up paper map to sell in stores. But I digress. I found an old November 2007 Mapping Blog post that describes how to do this in ArcMap. Skimming it, I'm sure you do the exact same thing in ArcGIS Pro. Hope this helps and stay healthy!

Heather - yes, you can create a Project Template (*.aptx) and use it for every new AGP Project you create. It will remember all your folder connections, database connections and more. Hope this helps!

Yes, two ways. 2 buttons to the right of the scale box bottom left of the Map View, click Constraints once to turn it off. Project tab ->Options->Editing Uncheck "Show dynamic constraints in the map" and return to your map. Hope this helps!
