Thanks for the response. I would greatly prefer to use the FeatureLayerView's QueryFeatures function for my use case to avoid the unnecessary network requests. Would you please log this as a bug? Or do you have any suggestions as a workaround? I am using this function in several production sites. Thanks.

Looks like your sample isn't working anymore. I am getting this error: [esri.WebMap] #load() Failed to load web map Thanks for the blog though. Great idea to combine the takescreenshot function with HTML2Canvas.

When using an instance of SketchViewModel, I am having trouble getting the drawn rectangle graphic to work when querying the FeatureLayerView. If you open this example and try to draw a rectangle that intersects with the point feature class, it doesn't seem to return the correct results. usually, 0 features are returned after using the queryFeatures function on the FeatureLayerView. Simple JS Bin example Here is the relevant code in the sample above that doesn't seem to be working properly: sketchVM.on("create", function (e) { if (e.state === "complete") { flView.queryFeatures({ geometry: e.graphic.geometry }).then(function(data){ if (data.features.length === 0) { alert("0 features were selected????"); } else { alert(data.features.length + 'points selected'); } console.log(data); }) } }) UPDATE!!! I figured out how to replicate the issue! When drawing the rectangle, if you draw from right to left as shown in the gifs below, it will not work correctly. If you draw from left to right, it works as expected. Right to left (NOT WORKING) Left to right (WORKING) FYI, this bug seems to be present in the SketchViewModel in all versions that I tested (4.12, 4.11, etc...)

Oh yeah. duh. Hmm, I wonder why it wasn't working for me. Oh well, you can touch up the logic a little bit as needed.

You can filter your geoJson data down to the grid cell you need using logic like this: It isn't working however, because the sample mouse position you included isn't in either of these cells. In the latest version of the ArcGIS API for JavaScript (4.12), the QueryTask function doesn't seem to be working as expected anymore. I am getting the following error: I discovered that if I create a new instance of a Query, it works, but when trying to autocast using a simple object for the query, it doesn't work. Here is a simple example that demonstrates the problem that I am seeing: JS Bin example Notes: that when you switch the script reference back to 4.11 from 4.12, the QueryTask works as expected. I would prefer to use autocasting for my queries going forward. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong.

Thanks for the responses. I tried flushing my DNS. It fixed the issue on this computer. But I still am worried about a potential customer running into the same issue on their machine.

I have tried the esri/request class. It isn't any different. I have additionally tried the applyEdits method on a featurelayer. Also, using the gui and inputting the delete feature id directly, I still get the same error.
