Hi Keith, Curently we only support the custom symbol for the point marker in Survey123 Connect. We haven't supported this on the Survey123 web application. I encourage you to submit an enhancement request via Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official enhancement number for your records. Similar requests from other customers can then be attached to the same enhancement request, which helps us assess demand for the enhancement and prioritize it accordingly.

From survey123 Connect, click the burger icon and click the Setting. Then go to Diagnostics to enable the logging. Now try to publish the survy again to capture the log.

Hi Kit, Could you provide more information on how the feature service is compopsed? Do you use egdb such as Oracle or SQL server with the feature service? Hi Asghar, We haven't supported the workflow with RFID in Survey123 yet, but there is an existing salesforce issue logged with similar request: ENH-000127331 Allow Survey123 to communicate directly with RFID readers for automated recording of RFID data. Hi Michael, We have an existing enhacement request for this: ENH-000119299 Allow Survey123 for ArcGIS to rename the name of the collected photos based on an answer of a question or using calculation automatically instead of manually changing the name of the photos while uploading. We had fixed some photo related issue with iOS 13, but the case sensitive is still true when referencing the image in Media folder: Media—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation Could you provide me information on the versions of the Connect and field app you find the difference? Hi Bob, What brand and version of android tablet are you having issue with? I was not able to repro the issue using android phone with v.3.7.57 though, sending survey was ok and successfully. Could you provide more details of the tablets you are using? Did the issue also occur with other devices such as android phone or iOS phone?

Yes, usually about 2 weeks the token will be expired and you will need to refresh the connection. At time time, please check your connection in about 2 weeks to make sure the connection is still active. If disconnecting happens quite often, please let us know as well, so we can look into it further.

Hi Dante, The issue you are running into is BUG-000110691. To summarize the issue solution, here is the comments from the salesforce issue: -"Editors can't see any features, even those they add" disables query for everyone, including the data owner. -The data page points to the actual feature service if you are signed in as the owner, but it points the the feature service view if you are signed in as anyone else. -If you change the feature service permissions to "Editors can't see any features, even those they add" then you will lock out the owner, as query against the service is disabled. -If you change the permissions for the view to "Editors can't see any features, even those they add" then you will lock out everyone else, as query will be disabled for the feature service view. -We don't generally recommend that users change the permissions directly in AGOL for reasons such as this. However, you can workaround this by creating a view to control the permission. Here is the workaround another user is using, for your reference: Create a hosted VIEW (when viewing the initial hosted layer in AGOL, click the "create new layer" button) and apply your conservative settings to this (i.e. "editors can't see anything, even data they submit"), change to sharing to everyone and use this in your S123 form. Then change your original to a master/admin version with full editing conrtols but is shared only to you. I also create several other views for each set of data: a staff-only, read-only (so others in your org can view the full set of data); a staff edit version (if others might need to edit the data); and a public, read-only view (so public can see data in webmap but they only see a limited set of attributes).
