Hi Winley, The time in the csv file are stored as UTC time, while the date field on survey123 website shows the local timestamp. Regarding to the military time issue, you could easily change it by right clicking the date field in csv file>Format cells>Date>choose the timestamp with PM option. Hi Pamela, Could you provide more information about the configuration of the feature service you are using? Is it a feature service hosted on arcgis.com or enterpised portal? Are you using the Survey123 field app or web application to surbmit the survey? Is it possible to share your xls form for us to look into this issue further?

Hi Ben, Another much easier way is use a YES/No question to constrain the temp question. You could use a YES/NO question such as "Are you taking the survey during May 1st to Septempter 30th?" and make this as a required question. Then based on the answer of YES or NO, show the temp question. This way you do not need to update the survey yearly but probably need to rely on the judgement of the user's answer, instead of validating from the date question.

Hi Scott, I have one question for you. Could you check your device setting to see if you change the scale/layout size, which affect the size of text, app and other items? We notice that when the scale and layout on windows set to over 100%, for example, 125%, the floating issue is obvious. Could you check this setting(similar one) on your device?

Hi Rob, I was able to see the same behavior as you described using a portal to publish a survey contained annotate appearance image question. I encourage you to submit this issue as a bug via Esri Support. Our Support team will assign an official bug number for your records. This number can be used to search for and subscribe to the bug on the Esri Support site. Hi Rachel, Could you try to modify the integromat webhook to use the Office 365 Email as a connector instead of the gmail connector in your webhook? Using this workflow can narrow down if it's the Outlook client issue or the webhook issue we need to further check. My initial testing here using the Office 365 Email connector in webhook does work sending the attchment.

Hi Jim, I tested your form with field app 3.7.57 and Connect 3.7.60 and I have no problem to see the first map: Both builds are 64-bit on Windows 10. What is your OS configuration? Hi Larry, I did not see the issue you descripted on the web app. When I search esri address, it does locate to the center of the campus. What version of Survey123 Connect did you use to publish the form? In Connect, you can specify the Zoom level for your Home location and website will also honor it.

Hi Alex, Could you explain more about the "new surveys" on the phone? Maybe a screenshot could help to show what you mean by "new surveys"? The "Send surveys" will be seen on the phone when you publish the survey from Survey123 Connect by enabled the "Send Surveys" option. When it's enabled, user will see "Send survey" on the phone and all surveys sent from the device will be stored locally till you "delete" the survey. If you disable the "Send Surveys" in Survey123 Connect and republish the survey, user won't see that "Send survey" on the phone when they download it as a new survey. However, if user previously had the that survey downloaded, the "Send surveys" will remain till they delete the survey from the device.

Yes, this issue could be specific to the machine you are using, most likely with the graphic card or the graphic driver, which might potentially impact the UI rendering. You might want to have the Information System team to check the graphic card issue to see if you need any further updates on the driver.

Hi April, To add Survey123 in app launcher on portal website, it does require extra steps to add item first with your enterprise/portal url. Here is the step by step to add item first and then add app into app launcher: Add an app to the Portal. My Content → Add Item → An Application → Type (Application) → Title (Survey123) → Tags (whatever you like) → Add Item. This will open the Portal App item once it’s created. Go to Settings tab → Scroll down to ‘Application’ → Data Source URL (https://survey123.arcgis.com/?portalUrl=https://machine1.esri.com/portal). Here please use your own Portal URL. Click Save. Now the ‘Survey123’ app will appear app a registered app when you try to Add App to the App Launcher. Select it from the dropdown, change the label, then either enter an abbreviation or upload a 48 x 48 icon. It should now appear in the App Launcher Ypu can reference these online docs for a general steps to add apps on the Portal site here: Add Items Manage apps in the app launcher
