Hi Richard, When you mentioned that newly created or edited surveys were having issue, did you mean that you use survey123 Connect to make edits to the survey or publish new surveys? OR everything was made on the website/Design?

Please have the user clear the cache and do a fresh log in since you had made changes on the view and there might be some cache with the web browser. They could also try a incognito or proviate window to test with.

Hi Gavin, A quick testing here with 3.7 production using a simple xls form with geopoint question and the map loaded just fine. Would you mind sharing your xls form with us to narrow down the issue here? Did you publish the survey to survey123 website or your enterprise portal site? They could be related. You could let your viewer log in and log out, also clear hte cache and try again. What error did the user receive when they try to download as excel? Is it just the excel format or any other format?

Hi Larry, Are you publishing the geotrace(polyline) survey from Connect and open it from survey123 form on web browsers? Currently it's a beta feature on the web design which you can create polyline/polygon on survey123 beta website. Please clarify how you publish the survey with polyline here so that we can identify what issue you are having with.

Hi, You could turn on the diagnostics from Connect Settings. Thne publish the sruvey again and wait for the error to occur. Go to the log output location and check the log, it should list the detailed info regarding the failure. You may attach your log here for us to check for you if you like.

Hi Gavin, Could you check your mobile device location service to see if it's on? And also check the location status when you open field app to see if you have any data showing in the location status(the satalite icon)? Did this issue only happen with one survey or all surveys?

Are you having the problem that the image question is not validated(must require to attach image) when you submit the form?
