Hello @mshanaghan, This is possible using the pulldata("@layer") function to query the feature service for the geometry then populate a geoshape question with it. Please check out the Query a feature layer sample in Connect on the third page there is a section that shows populating a geoshape question using pulldata("@layer").

Hello @BenClark, Are the values that are displaying in the filter UI in a domain? If so, removing the domain will prevent them from displaying. If the values are not in a domain is query enabled on the feature service?

Hello @chargeetudeti, This is a defect with the Survey123 templates in Microsoft Power Automate. This has been logged as BUG-000155504. To work around the behavior either remove the Survey123 connector and readd it or select My flows > New flow > Automated cloud flow and select the Survey123 connector.

Hello @DannyDeimel, Would you be able to provide the name of the folder your survey resides in? It typically is Survey-<name of survey> if that is coming through as an integer that would be strange. Knowing the folder name that's causing the issue I can spin up a test survey on my end with the same name and dig deeper into the Python API code.

Hello @GregoireCatineau, A choice filter may be a better approach to this workflow. Instead of having 2 different choice lists you would have 1 choice list that then show different choices based on a function. I've attached a simple survey but we also have a choice filters and cascading selects sample that goes into more detail.

Hello @janderson_ksninc, Since there was a submission_url present in the XLSForm Survey123 Connect won't create a feature service on publish and will use the feature service with item ID 5f1ca2716f994b9c9788a09b5ef7ff2a as the service to submit data to.
