@Dan_Brumm I knew it would be easy in an ArcGIS Notebook! @mshanaghan The other nice feature of ArcGIS Notebooks - there is a built in scheduler to run your script. Bernie.

Hi @mshanaghan. Do you have ArcGIS Notebooks in your Enterprise Portal? That would be a great place to create a script to download and backup your feature layer. Here is a huge list of sample notebooks to get you started - https://developers.arcgis.com/python/samples/ And don't forget that ArcGIS Online can also be used as a cloud storage system. It should be easy to use an ArcGIS Notebook to move a copy of your feature layer from Enterprise Portal to ArcGIS Online. Bernie.

Yes, but there is no better feeling then rolling your own custom solution in python and it works just the way you intended. I am working on a python script right now.

Hey Bud, I imagine you could create a python script to run on a schedule to read the domain values and compare them to the known values and then take the necessary action to send a notification and update the list of known domain values. Good luck, Bernie.

Kevin, I had a similar problem deleting a member from ArcGIS Online. This post helped me solve the problem - https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-questions/cannot-delete-member-user-id-arcgis-online/td-p/63205 Good luck, Bernie.

It is bad practice to use the SQL wildcard character ("%") in database table names or column names. Changing your table names and column names would be a good idea but it may not be practical if you have many systems that already reference your tables and columns. Bernie.

@Jianxia I agree with @DustinEdge_Boroondara. Even simple widgets like "My Location" and "Share" pale in comparison to their WAB counterparts. The Share widget in ExB doesn't even maintain the bounding box of your current map view - It's completely useless as a "Share" widget. It's no better than copying the URL from the address bar. Bernie.

Adding to what George_Thompson said you can also create a reaster tile cache to improve performance of the image dataset. Bernie.

Marcelo provided some good advice above but ArcGIS Monitor is a very expensive tool. You may want to start with the System Log Parser (SLP) which you can download for free from Github. Here is a blog post about SLP. You can get the latest release of SLP from Github. SLP will give you info on how your services are performing. It won't do real-time monitoring of your services but it will give you some insight into your server and services. Bernie.

Marian, We are running ArcGIS Server 10.7.1. We have dedicated map services and 1 pool of shared map services. I am able to set a recycle time for each map service in the shared pool. I have never needed to change the recycle times in the past. I don't know how this will affect the shared services. Bernie.

BHK, It's always a guessing game. The best you can do is examine your map services and the apps you will publish and estimate what you will need. Then after your services are published measure their performance with the free System Log Parser (SLP). SLP will give you stats on your services and it can guide you in making changes to improve service. From my experience here are some tips: Examine your services and determine which of your services will be used most frequently. Services that will be the most popular should be published as a dedicated service, not as a shared pool. It will be easy to increase or decrease the min and max instances for a dedicated service to improve performance or release computing resources. Do not put all of your services in shared pools. Reserve shared pools for services that will be less popular. We publish about 60 services and we have one shared pool with about 12 services. Https://geonb.snb.ca/arcgis/rest/services. SLP will show you which services are getting the most traffic. It will also show you services that are responding slowly and services that are queuing requests because they need more instances. Good luck, Bernie.
