Great idea to add the map as a Rich Text item. Do you really need the map for the stats in the dashboard or could you also use the feature services directly? I figured that (at least for one of my projects) it is easier to maintain the links to the data if I add them directly and not through the map.

To summarize from my end to make sure I understand that correctly: - in Enterprise 10.7 I won't be able to download a feature service when I'm not logged in even if it was publicly shared and published as a hosted feature service - There is nothing I can do about the summary charts to be displayed correctly.

Hi Robert, You can use an existing feature layer by adding the url into the submission-url field in the settings. The easiest way is to create a new survey using the option "Feature Service" and then select the feature service from your portal. Finding of the day: Did you know that you can copy/paste domains across gdbs? First I was frustrated because after importing a standalone table with several defined domains from a local gdb to a sde gdb, it did not take over the domains. But then I was amazed to find out that you can just copy/paste the domains across the gdbs, then you only have to assign them back to the field. Thanks for the tips shared so far!

If I understand the status correctly it is implemented in the current Beta environment (not sure though if this applies to the Beta Mapviewer or Beta Survey123 or Beta Operations Dashboard...). EDIT: I tried it from the Early Adopter Survey123 website with the Early Adopter AGOL to create a webmap and from that webmap a Operations Dashboard and I am still getting the same error. I will try next to use the Beta Field App...

I totally agree Sarah! David (https://community.esri.com/thread/246919-most-recent-feature-in-indicator-widget ) explained that the previous option allows to use self-refreshing data (e.g. automatically updated number of accidents) to show previous statistics. I was thinking that the Previous option would allow to automatically use the previous value from the table defined by a certain field. Maybe that would be worth an Idea?

Hi David, Your blog post is really great and helpful! Can you maybe point me to a way how I make use of the "Previous Value" reference setting? I managed now to show the latest value as my main Indicator but I would like to use the previous day as a reference. When I use "Previous Value" as a reference it only shows me the same value as my main Indicator. Hi Sarah, I finally figured it out with some Esri help 🙂 (at least partly) In the reference area I need to use statistics, then filter for the reference year (in my case 2006) and select the field with the value I want to use as reference. I managed to show data as in your example using the filter "today" for the main indicator and "yesterday" for the reference value but I still didn't figure out how it would work if the last value is not today but maybe last week and I want to compare to the previous week... . I hope that helps already a bit...

Hi Randall, Sorry for the late reply. If I remember correctly the invalid host was nowhere to be found but suddenly the error didn't appear any longer, no idea why. I'm mainly using ArcGIS Pro now but when I wanted to test something in ArcMap after some time it suddenly worked without problem.
