So I decided to create a custom basemap using ArcPro 2.5, and then publish it to my organization on AGOL to use in their basemap gallery. I have been successful at creating a custom basemap and sharing as a vector tile layer/package on AGOL. However, I would like to have some of the layers in my basemap be Reference layers just like when you select the "Imagery with labels" basemap and the labels are nested within the basemap ("World Boundaries and Places").  I figured out how to set my layers in ArcPro as basemap and reference layers by right clicking on them. However, when I Share As Web Layer to AGOL, those settings don't seem to carry over and I just get one flat basemap. Will I have to create two separate basemaps (one with the background data and one with things like roads and labels) and then manually set them up as basemap and reference layers each time I create a Web Map on AGOL? I have just set up my second Workforce project (the same way I set up the first one), and am having problems with the Workforce app. When I open the project through the app it is refusing to pan and zoom the map to my location. Additionally, when I click on any of the assignments, the map doesn't pan and zoom to the location of the assignment even though it highlights it. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. The first project I created works as expected.  Things I noticed:  It seems to work on my Samsung Galaxy s8 phone as expected.  There is no way to clear the cache for the Workforce App Any suggestions other than deleting the project and starting over? ... In order to allow field workers to access interactive maps in the field, I created some web apps in AGOL and installed the latest ArcGIS Explorer app on their android tablets. Everyone has their own viewer account and things have been working great. However, in the last few weeks some of the workers have been experiencing problems with random layers in the web maps not displaying. The fix for this situation seems to be logging out of the app/AGOL and back in again. This procedure is very annoying to our workers and didn't have to be done in the past (they logged in once and stayed logged in unless the tablet shut down). I am wondering if the new security updates ESRI put in place are messing with things. Anybody else having this issue?  ... View more
