Hi Egge, We have only ArcGIS 10.6. So what I did was download the data, created a new field and domain. I then re-published it as a new service in ArcGIS (did not want to overwrite the existing one just in case). My problem is that when I click on the polygons in the re-published data that I know have some photos taken, they are not showing up. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, I have a feature service published in our Portal. This service is used in our Collector for ArcGIS app. However, the users would like to have an additional field that will contain drop-down values. I have downloaded the features (including the related table which contain the photos), added a new field and a new domain using ArcGIS Pro. Now, I would like to republish it. Are the attachments (containing photos) also published when I re-publish the data? Thanks for your help.

Hi Philip, I was trying to publish it as a brand new survey. But I found a way around the problem. What I did was delete one of the surveys (still a prototype and did not contain any data). In Connect, I published the same survey but renamed it to the name of the combined survey that I wanted. Then edited the survey to include a select question, formatted the relevant field and the republished the survey. It overwrote the other one and did what I wanted to do. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, Philip. It worked in Survey123 Connect but when I publish it, I get an error code 500 - Error: Creating feature class failed. I tried it several times but I still get this.

Hi, I have created 2 surveys - operational sampling and long term sampling. The first part of each survey are similar. They only differ in the 2nd part. I would like to combine them in such a way that there is a query before the 2nd part. Depending on the response, the appropriate series of questions then become relevant in the 2nd part. "For example: Do you want to do an operational sampling or long term sampling? If the response is operational, the relevant series of questions are used. If the response is long term, then the relevant questions are used." How do I do this? Any help will be very much appreciated. I have enclosed the 2 surveys. Many thanks. Dionisio

Hi Jake, I found this script that you created. I have searched in the web and this is the one that will provide me what I need. I tried using the toolbox in both ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS desktop but I get the error message below in both. The data is in our Portal for ArcGIS environment and have admin privileges. Start Time: Monday, 14 January 2019 2:29:48 PM Running script Download Service... Generating Token URL is incorrect. Or, Service is secure, please enter username and password. Dear All, I would like your help with regards to downloading individual surveys to create an audit report. We use Portal for ArcGIS. We have an app to conduct harvest audits. I have also created a word template for the audit report and use mail merge to populate the template from the downloaded data. My problem is how to select and download an individual survey rather than all the surveys? Each survey is for a different harvest site. For example, there maybe 20 surveys completed but I want only to download the latest one and create a report for this site using the word template. How can I do this in Portal for ArcGIS? Hi Megan, I tried following the instructions. I downloaded iTunes for windows and installed it in my laptop. Then logged on to iTunes in my laptop and also to iTunes in my iPad. The instructions require me to copy the .sqlite file in the iPad . However, I can not see File Sharing in iTunes in my tablet, only Home Sharing. Do I need to download and install a file sharing app in my iPad? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, One of our users collected some data using our survey123 app. He was trying to submit the data to our portal but he was having some difficulty.His survey data was stuck in the Outbox. Unfortunately, he accidentally deleted the survey from his tablet. There were about 30+ data he collected. 1. Can we recover his data from his tablet? 2. What is the procedure for iPads? Hi, I have a published survey in Survey123 for ArcGIS. A lot of data and photos has already been collected. What I would like to do is to update this survey by enabling the Sent and Inbox settings so that users can update the data when they are in the field. For example, rubbish data is coded as Uncollected. When the trash collector goes around to collect the rubbish, he can then edit the data to show that it is already Collected. How do I do this? We have a Collector for ArcGIS app in our Portal for ArcGIS environment. This is being used by our staff. We have engaged an external contractor who is performing some work for us in the field. We would like him to be able to use the app and collect data while he is in the field. We also have 1 ArcGIS onLine account that is only under my name. We want to use AGOL to share our app with the external contractor. How can I do this? Many thanks for any help. Dionisio
