It worked Xander. Thanks for that. I followed it and I was able to download the data including the attachments. I have added new fields that I require already. My next dilemma is to republish this with the attachments.

Hi Xander, if I export it to a local fgdb from ArcGIS pro, will it also export the attachments, e.g. photos. Thanks.

Hi, I have published a feature layer in our portal for ArcGIS environment. I am the owner and the data is being used for a Collector app. I would like to update it by: 1. adding another field 2. create an inspection table using a relate class The other problem that I have is that I can not see the export data option when I go to the Item details. I have attached a snapshot of my details page. I would like to be able to download a copy of my data as a file geodatabase or shapefile. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you very much. HI, I was trying to download the attached photos from my Survey123 app. I exported the data as geodatabase which contains the point data and the attachments. I then copied and pasted the script in the Technical Support: How to batch export attachments from a feature class in ArcMap into a script tool. I followed exactly the How To but the photos were not export. I have attached a copy of my geodatabase and the script that I used. Any help is very much appreciated. I need the photos for a report. Thanks.

Hi Philip, I was confused and I'm sorry about that. The app was created in Collector for ArcGIS instead of Survey123 for ArcGIS. Again, sorry for the confusion. Any help is much appreciated. Dionisio

Hi Philip, I created a file geodatabase and created the domains - with the domain names & description. For each domain name, I created the coded values with the description. Then I created a new featureclass in that file gdb. Under Properties, I created the SubTypes and then mapped the Domain for each subtype. I also enabled attachment and GlobalD. The users have been collecting data using the app but one Subtype is not displaying the domain values, e.g. Subtype = Vines and then it has 3 domain values. It is not displaying these domain values when you select Vines. The other subtypes are working very well. I went back to the file gdb and featureclass, and everything is alright. My dilemma now is how I can make that subtype display the domain values without losing data collected already. We are using 10.6.1. thanks. Dionisio

Dear All, I have developed an app in Survey123 for ArcGIS using our Portal for ArcGIS environment. Some data has been collected already. I noticed that one of the subtypes is not using the right domain values. What I would like to do is update the app (republish a feature service) without losing all the collected data. How can I do this? Also, how can I create a backup of my data? I am just learning at this stage so I would appreciate help from anybody. Many thanks. Dionisio

I do not know if this is the right forum for this. But it is very much related to Survey123 for ArcGIS. We use a Trimble product called Land Resource Manager (LRM) for operational planning. The system uses ArcGIS as the spatial component and stores information in an enterprise geodatabase (feature classes, feature datasets, related tables, etc.).In ArcCatalog, the information contained in a related table that are spatial are just normal attributes of the feature class. One of the tables in LRM is where we would like to make regular updates using data collected in a Survey123 app. We will then want to upload the information from the app into LRM. What would be the best way to achieve this without breaking LRM? ie what format? (csv?) via DTM? via batch job? We would not want to manually import the data. Thanks for any idea/s on this. Dionisio

I have installed ArcGIS maps for Office and connection is to our Portal. I can Add map in Excel but export layer to worksheet or export layer to file are grayed out. Can anybody help me so I can export the table to excel and create some reports? I need to do this ASAP. Thanks. Dionisio

Dear All, I am still learning to use Survey123. I am trying to create a survey in Survey123 using attribute values from a feature class to populate the Choice sheet. I would like to re-populate this with any update in the feature class, e.g. my current list contains for example event# = 5 but the feature class was modified recently to contain event# = 7. How can I pass this new info to survey123 without manually entering it? This will be helpful to me if I have a lot of info that needs to be removed and/or added to the Choice list. Hi All, The locations of our vehicles (lat-long and time information) are continuously stored in a SQL database. I would like to create a dashboard using this data to track their location, for example every 30 seconds. Is there a tutorial or example on how to do this? If none, I will be very grateful for any help/suggestion. Thank you very much. Dionisio
