Hello Anthony, When a new item is created in ArcGIS Online, a new unique ID is created. The ID can be seen in the URL on the Item Details page. For example: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=<UniqueID> The ID is unique across all of ArcGIS Online and cannot be re-used once it's been assigned to an item. You will need to either modify your existing application to continue to use the same URL, or accept the new URL and replace the old URL with the new one going forward in any other places where you may have linked to the original application. Hello Lukas, Usually the Save button doesn't appear when the browser isn't recognizing that you're signed in. I see your name in the top right so I'm assuming this isn't the case. Do you see this issue in: Other browsers on the same machine? In an incognito/private browsing window (in the same browser provider and others)? On other networks? Hello David, It sounds like a reference scale is set somewhere. Did you publish this data initially from ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro at all? And if so, was there a reference scale set there? I don't remember us having an option to set a reference scale in ArcGIS Online, so the only way I can think of this happening would be if it carried that property over from the publishing process. Hello Patrick, With generic errors such as "The layer, <LayerName>, cannot be added to the map", sometimes you can get more error information using Fiddler. Fiddler captures the requests and responses and will often expose ArcGIS Online back-end errors that you would not be able to see otherwise. If you feel up to a bit of reading, we have a blog discussing Fiddler at https://community.esri.com/groups/technical-support/blog/2018/06/07/monitoring-web-service-requests-using-fiddler . Hello Jeff, I've seen instances where an export process returns a "failed" state even when an item appears to be created in Content, ready for download. Usually this occurs because the export process first creates a container for the data, and then loads the data into the container. It appears that likely the first part of the process is working (an item is made to which the content needs to be added) but then the second part doesn't work. If you actually download and open the resulting items, does it contain the data requested? While this may explain why you're getting a discrepancy in results, it certainly doesn't explain why you're getting a failure in the first place. Is your content public? If so, can you provide the URL to an item you're trying to download? If not, go ahead and give us a call at Support Services and we can chat with you on the phone to figure out what's going on. Hello Sam! At the moment, ArcGIS Online does not have a vector tile layer legend capability. We have several customers asking for this capability and we have an enhancement logged in our system: [ENH-000099289: Please enhance ArcGIS Online to generate legends for vector tiles automatically similar to how raster tiles do.] The enhancement is currently in an "Under Consideration" status. I'd recommend that you give us a call here in Support Services and request that a case be created on your behalf so that you can attach your account to this enhancement, thus adding support for the idea to be put to action. Hello Peter, It appears that you're in a Map tab in ArcGIS Pro, so I don't think you have any tilt function active. The only other way I can think of a map appearing squished/tilted like that is due to a projection. In your Table of Contents (usually on the left by default), right-click Map and go to Properties, then go to the Coordinate System section (on the left). Please snag a screenshot of this window so we can take a peek at your projection information. Thanks!

Hello Kuba and Henry, After a bit more digging, it looks like you're running into something we already have listed as a known bug: [BUG-000090535: Feature Service Fields List Order is not maintained on REST endpoint.] I would recommend giving us a call and creating a support case so we can get you attached to the bug, letting Development know that another user is affected by this issue. The bug is marked as In Product Plan, so it seems Development is working on it! The workaround would be the Feature Class to Feature Class tool as suggested before, but I know that may not be ideal. Hello henry296, I would recommend considering use of the Feature Class to Feature Class tool. This contains a Field Map in which you can reorder your fields. When you re-order your fields in ArcMap or in ArcGIS Pro you're just temporarily changing them for viewing usage. To make the re-ordering permanent, export to a new file. Then you should see your changes carry through when publishing. Hopefully that helps!

This may not do everything you need, but I'd definitely consider taking a look, as it gives pretty seamless flow between ArcGIS Online and Excel.
