Hello Ashley, Reviewing the accounts and purchases you have available would be something I think best done with Customer Service on the phone with you. I'm not sure if Customer Service Representatives have access to GeoNet so you may not get that information here. It's also information that may not be best discussed in a public forum. But I can definitely give you their number! Customer Service can be reached at 888-377-4575. I believe they are at Option 5, but go ahead and listen to the options and you should hear Customer Service. They can review your existing accounts, payments, and what subscriptions these purchases were applied to, and can move things around if needed. Let us know if you have further concerns if you can't reach them! Best regards, Rachel Esri Support Services

Hello Ashley, I reviewed the type of account you have, and it appears the username you posted on GeoNet with is allowed to log in to both Esri.Com and ArcGIS.Com, and belongs to a Trial Developer organization. Differentiating between Esri.Com and ArcGIS.Com is a frequent question. Consider Esri.Com to be about your customer account with Esri. It's where you handle things like payments, Desktop and Server software download and licensing. ArcGIS.Com is a web-based product where you can upload data, create maps, create web applications, and use analysis tools to manipulate and study your data. This is where you would build a web application. Therefore, to go forward with using Web AppBuilder to build a web application, go ahead and log in to ArcGIS.Com (instead of Esri.Com). You can then follow along with the instructions at the below link to get the ball rolling: Create your first app—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Hope that helps! Hello Kjetil, While I'm not sure if there's a way to extract the current extent of your map, I can at least hopefully give you half of your puzzle. You can use web map URL parameters to define the extent of a map. There's a pretty good example on the following page: Use URL parameters to modify maps—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Hopefully that at least gets you part of the way towards your goal! Hello Warren, What is your role in ArcGIS Online? Some roles are unable to create Tile Packages (this is also a checkbox that can be disallowed in custom roles). I'm wondering if that's why you can't publish it. If you have a full ArcGIS Online Administrator go to your Item Details page, can they see a publish button? Thanks! Rachel Esri Support Services

Hello Brian! I would recommend logging an Issue at the AGO Assistant GitHub page at Issues · Esri/ago-assistant · GitHub . The folks that run that page are the ones who will be best able to assist you with what's going on, and they should be alerted about the issue so they can look into it. Thank you! Hello Lynn, Thanks for that clarification - I missed the screenshot! I was able to reproduce the issue in ArcMap 10.6.1 on my end, but after a bit of digging, I realized this is expected behavior. Here's why: Float fields can only store a precision of up to 6 values. If the numbers you are adding up (or the output of the addition) is longer than 6 values, the number will be rounded. For example, if I try to enter the following number: 123456789 into a float field and then save my edits, the number becomes 123457000. This is the way Float fields work in many different softwares and is simply the nature of the field type. When you bring your data into a geodatabase, geodatabases ignore precision and scale values that other data types have limits for, so you may see a difference in behavior between, for example, shapefiles and file geodatabases. In general, unless you're trying to save storage space, I would recommend you use Double fields, as they allow the most precision and you can store the widest range of numbers. For more information, see: ArcGIS field data types—ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS Desktop Best regards, Rachel Esri Support Services

Hello Lukas, It sounds like you may be hitting a webmap-specific corruption issue. We may be able to see additional errors through Fiddler, but ultimately I think the best solution here may be to create a new web map and get rid of the old one. But we can take another look at it for you in Support Services. Can you give us a call to create a case? 888-377-4575. We look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Rachel Esri Support Services

Hello Lynn, Could you provide a few numerical examples to your results? What are the values in fields A, B, C, and D? Do you see this in all datasets? What software are you using? If you try a new ArcMap map document or ArcGIS Pro project (assuming you're using these), do you see different behavior? Thank you! -- Rachel Esri Support Services

Hello Dan, I did a quick search in our Support Services resources and I see only one prior case in which someone has ran into this issue when trying to right-click in Microsoft Office while ArcReader was running. The case was closed at the time as it was only reproducible on two specific machines and we couldn't reproduce the issue in-house. The last thought on the case was that it may have something to do with the graphics cards on the device. I'd recommend giving us a call in Support Services so that we can do some troubleshooting for you! Be sure to include your system specs, including your graphics card, so we can hit the ground running when we receive your contact. We can be reached at 888-377-4575. We look forward to assisting you! Best regards, Rachel Esri Support Services.

Hello Ben, I would recommend that you take a look at the various Topology tools we have out-of-the-box. There are a number of rules you can set up specific to your scenario such as Must Not Overlap and Must Not Have Gaps, that would help you find the overlaps and gaps that you need to resolve. Topology also allows you to modify shared boundaries, such as moving a line that two parcels share as borders, and modifying both polygons at the same time so that you aren't creating new gaps or overlaps. It will take some editing to get to the point where all your data is properly connected, but once you do it the first time, things should be much smoother sailing going forward. As for pulling data off of a vector basemap, unless you have access to the geometry of the basemap, we don't have an out-of-the-box way to match your lines up automatically to a basemap's information. We have ArcScan, which can convert scanned maps to features in some aspect, but I don't really think that's going to fit what you're looking for. Here's a link to discussions bout Topology in ArcGIS for Desktop: An overview of topology in ArcGIS—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Topology basics—Help | ArcGIS Desktop Topology in ArcGIS—Help | ArcGIS Desktop If you have an active Maintenance agreement, you should be able to freely access the following Web Course: Getting Started with Geodatabase Topology---Web Course | Esri Academy Enjoy! Hello Jennifer, I can't think of any out-of-the box solution, but you may be able to do some sort of manual or Python-automated selection process. Does your cable line ever back-track? If not, you may be able to use some sort of logic like this: 1) Get the objectID (or some other unique identifier) of the line feature the point sits on. 2) Select all points that intersect that line. 3) From the point selection, use a tool such as Near to find the nearest point to your road intersection point. It may take some work but that's the closest thing I can think of off the top of my head. Best of luck! Best regards, Rachel Esri Support Services

Hello Dan, Setting symbology based on a related table has been a long-requested feature that we haven't been yet able to incorporate into ArcGIS Online. I would recommend that you add your support to the ArcGIS Ideas page below. The ArcGIS Online team does the best they can to incorporate popular and trending ideas into the software as much as they can. https://community.esri.com/ideas/10702 Best regards, Rachel Esri Support Services
