Robert, Can you please expand on that, as I am not grasping how this would help my use case/workflow?

I would like to be able to select multiple features and add a related record to each. For example: 1. Public Works crew goes out and flush all the city hydrants. It would be nice to select all the hydrants and apply the same service (related record) to each hydrant. When there are 1500 hydrants, this would take a week currently to add a related record to each hydrant, individually. 2. Public Works crew sweeps all the streets. Again, it would be nice to do the same as in #1, above. 3. Public Works crew jets 10 storm sewers. Again, it would be nice to do the same as in #1, above. 4. All streets get striped. Again, it would be nice to do the same as in #1, above. 5. Many streets get reconstructed each year. Again, it would be nice to the same as in #1, above. There are so many examples that we in a City or Public Works environment, where this action isn't possible through any widget in AGOL and it makes entering services/maintenance records a real headache.

Thank you. It works great in a popup, but when using it with the "Public Notification" widget, I get this:

So, you can only select one feature at a time to add one inspection at a time? If I need to select 1500 hydrants to add the same inspection to them all, I have to repeat this step 1500 times???

Looks like you can only select one feature and add a related record. You can't select multiple features and add the same related record to all of them at once. Sure would help when entering maintenance service to a related table! Clicking on 1500 hydrants and entering in a related record to each, by entering in that they have been flushed on a certain date, sure takes a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.

and remember, this esri solution only allows you to enter in flushing one feature at a time, you can't select multiple features and add a flushing service to all of them.

I am not finding any spaces. How would you check? Also, this is a service from our ArcGIS Server, not a hosted feature service from AGOL.

Xander, It does work. I was just seeing the concatenation in Arcade, when I actually utilized the expression, it worked with spaces. Many many thanks!

Xander, It works great. Only issue is after the concatenation, the elements have no spaces between them... Thank you very much!!
