I feel stupid asking this but here goes. I was on a steady pace updating some attribute information when I accidentally deleted a field in my attribute table. I immediately realized what happened and hit the undo button. However, it did not undo the change. Is there ANY way to recover this information. The data is a File Geodatabase Feature Class. Thanks, Michael

Thank you Jonathan! That makes sense and I'm happy to know that the layer is still dynamic.

I configured my portal to allow Living Atlas subscriber content,. However when I go to add a living atlas layer to a web map, it's url is set to my local GIS server. Does this mean that the layer is static or is it still dynamic? see url below. https://my_gis_server/portal/sharing/servers/6a2386abbddb403285ebafd753c00461/rest/services/US_Drought_Cu… Thanks, Michael

I got the same error. It went away when I upgraded the .netframework to the latest version on my server machine.

I as well have had the same issue on several tablets (Samsung Galaxy S2 & S3 Tabs, Android 7.0) and I found that the display settings were causing the issue. Thanks Larry Wiebe for helping me realize that. It took some playing around, but found that if the display settings for Screen Zoom and Font size we're any different that what's in the picture below, then web maps would not load into Collector. Good Luck Everyone! Michael

Hey Andrew, a work around in Python would be great. Unfortunately the data is sensitive. We have a contract with the feds that prohibits me from sharing the information. When I have a little time, maybe I'll create some similar dummy data and send it to you. Thank you for the offer.

Hey Andrew, Thank you for the reply. The feature service is a hosted on AGOL. I've tried using the Migrate Relationship Class Tool, but unfortunately it only seems to work if you're using the Object ID as the key. I spoke with ESRI about it this morning and so far it seems that there isn't a way to change the key fields in AGOL. I'm afraid what I may have to do is keep the current feature service as a read only archive (to maintain the current relationship) and then publish a new service for new entry's going forward that will relate by global ID. This data is ultimately going to be collected with Collector.

Trying to create a feature service with related table in ArcGIS Online. I've got some sql database data that has a lot of missing information in several records. In order to successfully create a relationship class that relates all records, I've had to create a new field that combines two existing fields in the attribute table. Now that all of my records are related correctly, I want to publish it to AGOL and use a different field to link the records for all new data going forward. Is this possible? Thanks, Michael

Hey Carmel, Yes, the error persists in both portrait and layout mode. I will report the bug to the local ESRI support team. Thanks again for your help. Michael

Thanks for the reply Carmel. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 Tablet with Nougat 7.0 for the OS. It's giving the same error message.

I created a dashboard through ArcGIS Online and shared it publicly. However, when I copy the share link and send to someone else (or myself), it shows up fine in windows but nothing displays on a phone or tablet. See below for the error message. I've tried this with both Android and IOS. I could not find any documentation stating that Operations Dashboard does not work with mobile devices. Does anyone know what's going on? "Error, this functionality is not supported on mobile devices." Thanks, Michael

In my web app I am trying to make it where people can bring in outside GIS data (Shapefile, KML, or GPX) and append it to the already existing feature service layers within the app. I've tried creating a very simple model (using the append tool in ArcGIS Pro) to export as a geoprocessing service to be used within the Geoprocessing Widget in Web App Builder (developers edition). However, when I try to run it the following message occurs: type GPMultiValue:GPFeatureRecordSetLayer is not supported for now. This message occurs for the input parameter (where you bring in outside gis data to append to the feature service). Does anyone know if the append tool is supported as a geoprocessing service for Web App Builder? If not, does anyone know of a custom widget or better process for appending outside GIS data into a Web Mapping Application Feature Service Layer? Thanks, Michael

Hey James. I tried it out and it's working well. Thanks for your help! Do you know whether or not ESRI will introduce "swiping" between pages in the future? From what I see, you have to hit the arrow at the bottom of your mobile device to get to the next page and there's no 'back' button except for the dots at the top of the screen. No big deal, it's just a little hard sometimes hitting the dot you want to navigate to.

Just wondering in case I was missing something, but is it possible to freeze a specific field in Survey 123 so that it is always on screen, even while scrolling down your survey?

Hello, First off, I'm not very good at python but I need help with the follow code. All I'm trying to do is generate an attachment match table by selecting pictures stored in sub folders. Please note that the snippet below is part of a larger script. When I run it, no errors are generated and everything works fine except for the match table (which gets created, but comes up empty every time). I'm using ArcGIS 10.5. and there is a field in the database table named "RadioCall" that has the same names as the pictures. The field is a 'string.' # Description: Creates an attachment match table for all files by walking through a set of subfolders rootFolder = "W:\InventoryPhotos" for folder in os.walk(rootFolder): arcpy.GenerateAttachmentMatchTable_management(Fleetdata, folder[0], Matchtable, "RadioCall", ".jpg", "RELATIVE") Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Michael
