Hey @DennisSmith thank you for reaching out! I have cleared my cache, but most of these jobs that are failing are originating from either ArcGIS Pro, or ArcGIS Field Maps. The most popular services for our users are System/PublishingTools and System/SyncTools in support of Field Work. I can coordinate with staff to delete and reinstall these applications though if that would be helpful. Thank you for the response, just wanted to ask everywhere I can!

Hello, I am curious if anyone has delt with a similar issue. I already have opened a case about this but have yet to receive a solution. Earlier this week, I removed a machine from our hosting server site. This process took a very long time in the server manager, and after 2 hours I refreshed the page, and the old site no longer appeared in our machines list on manager or in the server administrator pages. This removal took our hosting server site from having 3 machines participating, down to 2 machines. Since then, we have been seeing 404 errors and jobs fail with the following message: esriJobMessageTypeInformative: com.esri.arcgis.discovery.admin.InvalidSiteException: Local machine '<Name of machine removed>' is not participating in any Site. Please create a new Site or join an existing Site. What would be causing our enterprise deployment to route jobs to this disconnected machine? Reconfiguring our web adaptor only listed the 2 remaining machines, and I have been unable to find any list of participating machines in portal.

Hello, I am working on building an experience builder application where I am looking to utilize the query widget to allow the user to select parcels within an input distance from a layer of major roadways and within a second input distance of canals in the region (return all parcels within 1 mile of a major roadway and 5 miles of a canal). Is this possible? From what I am seeing in the spatial query section of the query widget, I can only ever select 1 spatial query at a time, and I would like to create a single results layer so I think setting up 2 query items would not work for me. Enterprise 11.3 is what I am working in. Thanks,

Hello, I am working on building an experience builder application where I am looking to utilize the query widget to allow the user to select parcels within an input distance from a layer of major roadways. I have been able to implement this functionality by using the spatial filter with an intersect relationship and the buffer distance, but I currently am struggling to get this widget to run this analysis on the full layer, instead of just a selected road. Ideally, this query would run on all roads in the feature layer, as I have already isolated all the important roads I want and would prefer for the users to not have to run this query for each road in the layer. Enterprise 11.3 is what I am working in. Thanks,

Thank you for the response! When you mention the integrity of the backup files, do you mean to not edit the .dump file in the folder named for each backup? I was planning on moving this folder and its associated .dump file between the locations. I wasn't sure if there was any indexing or mentions to these files within the .data_store folders, or the walarchive folder that I needed to consider.

Hello, I am currently working in enterprise 11.3 on prem and am trying to set up a routine to handle backups for our relational datastore. The main hurdle I am running into is that I am trying to push these backup files to a NAS that is offsite. When running the backupdatastore.bat to this offsite NAS, the routine takes about a week to run. My idea is to write the daily backup file to a more local backup location (with a faster write time), and then transfer the backup file over to the NAS, which will also be set up as a backup location. Is there any issue with moving these backup files between locations like this? Just mirroring the folder to the NAS will not work due to storage constraints of the local backup location, so at any given time I only want to have at most 1 backup file in the local backup location.

Following up on this. We were able to use the REST api to add a webhook definition to the .info file and reupload. We used the webhook definition from a form that already had the webhook we wanted to apply to all forms and copied that into the .info files for every form that did not have a webhook by the same name. After some testing, we found that forms were successfully updated and the webhooks on the affected forms seem to be working without issue.

I think that might be our best bet as well. I reviewed some of our cloned forms and can see that when cloning, the webhook id does not get updated (so clone id = original id) so we may try reusing the same id values. If that ends up not working, this is the route we will be going. Thank you for the help!

This is the way we typically add webhooks to forms but unfortunately, we have a lot of form builders who are not adding these when they publish. We are trying to check for these during a scheduled task that will run nightly to catch any forms that the publishers forgot to add the webhooks to. Ideally, we would mandate the addition of the webhook as part of the workflow and limit the number of form builders, but this is not feasible for us either for 2 main reasons. Firstly, I do not think it is possible to disable a Creator account from publishing forms while still allowing them to publish hosted feature services and web maps. Secondly, even if we did limit our form builders, this step is out of the way and easy to be missed which means we would be spending a good amount of time retroactively checking that these are on all of our forms, which we have hundreds. All this to say, I am looking for a way to do this within a python script instead of manually.

I am curious if there are any concerns with updating the .info file associated with a published form. We are looking to download form items and add an additional webhook to forms hosted in our portal environment (Enterprise 11.3). From reviewing the downloaded .info file, existing webhook definitions have an "id" included. Would we be able to just create a random id for this or are these values referenced elsewhere? Additionally, for us to add an additional webhook this way, would we need to update anything outside of just this info file?

Hello, I have heard from some staff that they would like to save photos taken within Field Maps to their devices to keep a local record of photos after they have been submitted. Is it possible to have, for example, photos taken in the Field Maps app saved not only in the mobile geodatabase saved on device, but also in the Photos library of the device?
