Hey Jessica Rutherford, It looks like you have downloaded the file, so next you will need to add it into the ArcGIS Pro project. If you open your project on the right hand pane in the catalog pane you will see a folder called styles. Right click on the styles folder and click Add -> Add Style. Browse to where you downloaded the firefly file to (Likely your downloads folder) and then click ok. You should see the style appear in the list. You can now use it for symbology by simply opening up the symbology pane and you should see the firefly styles ready to go! Let me know if those instructions aren't working for you! Hey SANDRA NOEL, If you go to https://www.arcgis.com/index.html and login with your username and password the url in your browser will automatically redirect you to your organisational account. Let me know if that doesn't make sense! Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Aaron Koelker, This is a very interesting question and I have been unable to find much documentation on this sort of thing. Some things to consider: * The more text there is to search the longer your search will take * Some databases have a limit on how long a field can be if they are to be indexed * The size of the database will increase a lot! I would suggest stepping back from the problem and looking at it from a higher level. It sounds like you need to be able to search for a document and there are plenty of tools outside of Arcgis that allow you to search content. I personally would be using ArcGIS to search by location, date, person who uploaded it. You could add a new field called tags and let people specify certain key words similar to how data can be searched in ArcGIS Enterprise. Just some ideas, happy to discuss further! Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Ivan Kozoletov, You could still use the python method to migrate using clone_items(). source_gis = arcgis.gis.GIS("https://arcgis.com","username","password") target_gis = arcgis.gis.GIS("https://server.com/portal", "username","password") item = source_gis.content.get("<item-id>") target_gis.content.clone_items([item])

Hey Ronald Sheaks, ArcGIS Dashboards allows you to stack the widgets. You can see an example of this here: Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS I've attached a short video as it was easier than trying to explain it! Hey Ivan Kozoletov, Have you seen the AGOL Assistant? ArcGIS Online Assistant You sign into both Portals or ArcGIS Online accounts and then you can move content between the two. If you are interested in moving a lot of different layers you should look into clone_items() in the python api: arcgis.gis module — arcgis 1.8.0 documentation For your situation with only one dashboard I recommend the ArcGIS Online Assistant. Hey Robert Buckley, If I understand the question correctly you want to expose only certain services to the public while hiding the others? You could secure all your services except for the ones you want to go out to the public using this: Securing services with users and roles specific to ArcGIS Server—ArcGIS Server Administration (Windows) | Documentation … If I have missed the mark please let me know! Hey Dan Senner, This setting allows you to set portals that you trust to access your secured content. So if your agency has both an ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Portal, you can set the ArcGIS Online to trust users who are logged into the specified ArcGIS Portal. This means users will only need to login once! Hope that clears it up for you! Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful.
