Hey Rob Ward, You might want to consider hex binning your data. This will help to keep peoples locations private while still allowing you to have the data quality you need. I would keep the data that is coming in from survey123 private and generate a new layer using hexbins that can be shared with the general public. If you need help with hexbins there are some great resources here: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/data-management/mapping/strategies-to-effectively-display-large-amounts-of-dat… (Strategy 2 in this document) https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-pro/mapping/40-years-of-piracy/ Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Marilyn Nielson, It sounds like there might be an issue with the students Ctrl key on the keyboard. If you hold ctrl and drag an item in the contents panel it will create a copy of the item. If they have another keyboard I would suggest they try that. You can also narrow down if the ctrl key is being pressed in by trying some other keyboard shortcuts in other applications like word (ctrl+c or ctrl+v) and see if those actions trigger just when they press c or v without pressing ctrl. You could also try ctrl+alt+delete without pressing ctrl to see if the button is always active. Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Tharaa Gazzaz, If you join the two tables either by field or using a spatial join you will have all the data in one layer. You could then use a field calculator to subtract the schools capacity from the number of school aged kids to see schools that need more capacity or schools with capacity to take on more children. Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Hey Marco Amaya, Would it be possible that on some of the phones people have turned off location services for the app? Or they deny the web browser access to their location? Thanks, Ben

Hey Michael Hancock, I'm not super familiar with the REST API for ArcGIS Online however are you doing this with a POST or GET? I believe you will need to POST the data. You can also use python which is my preferred way of doing this sort of thing: from arcgis.gis import GIS gis = GIS("portal url", "username", "password") new_user = gis.users.create(username = 'miketest42', password = 'test1234', firstname = 'Mike', lastname = 'Test', email = 'miketest41@gmail.com', description = 'Demonstrating how to create users using ArcGIS Python API', role = 'org_user', level = 1, provider = 'arcgis') You should just need to update the bits in red. The python API uses the REST API but it has better documentation and lots of examples! Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Brian Beard, You can do a search for a street address on the map which might get you more accurate data. You could also create a select one with the names of the stops and then run a join on your data with the points you have on the map. Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Carlo Rizzo, Have you had a look at these pages: COVID-19 Australia ArcGIS Dashboards - At the bottom of this dashboard is a few reference links. One of them is this one GitHub - CSSEGISandData/COVID-19: Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Cases, provided by JHU CSSE which will probably have the data you are after. Hey David Horsey, So you have already checked the ArcGIS Portal Status Page? View status reports—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation The content tab shows most popular and number of hits. If that doesn't suit your needs then you can write a python script to parse the IIS log files and count the number of requests each service gets. Thanks Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Joanna Hahn, When you setup your data in ARcGIS Pro what ever you set your field types to be is what they will be when you publish the data. Fields view—Geodatabases | Documentation - How to modify the fields ArcGIS field data types—Geodatabases | Documentation - Field types If you are uploading a csv using the add item and then turning it into a feature layer, when you add the item to your portal you can set what each field is: Let me know if you need more help.
