Hey Sowjanya Sunkara, In your csv could you append the device id to each line? That way you could access it more easily. Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Hey Jeff Davis, You could write a python script that takes care of the email sending. I would write a script that checks todays date and the date field in your feature layer. If the date is the same or within the time window you send an email. You can then use the windows task scheduler to schedule the task to run daily. Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Hey GIS User, Those are display names and the linkages is done using ids. You shouldn't have any problems in renaming any of those. Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Joel Little, If you have a look at the documentation here: Manage members—Portal for ArcGIS (10.7 and 10.7.1) | ArcGIS Enterprise You can see that disabling members is primarily done when you someone is leaving the organisation and you want to move their data without allowing them access. It then goes on to state: Disabled members cannot sign in to the organization, consume organizational resources, create content, or administer the site. They are still members and count toward the number of users in your organization. As such unless you delete the account they will still be counted as a named user for the purposes of licensing. Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Hey Kristen Meier, You could try going direct to the feature layer in AGOL or portal and doing an export from there or you could try and use this script: Downloading Survey123 data to file geodatabase via python script, when other methods fail : Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Igor Balotsky, At the moment task scheduler is the way to go for running python scripts. I haven't seen or heard anything suggesting that Portal will have that functionality. Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Hey Tim Reissen, Your optimise may have finished by the time you get this message but the speed that it optimises is related to the number of polygons and the number of vertices. Are your polygons detailed with lots of vertices? If they aren't you may wish to try restarting the process. Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Joe Flannery, I used to work for a medium sized government agency who had approx 300 ArcGIS Pro installs. We used to do an upgrade once a year using a very similar system that you do. WE found our IT would take b about 3-6 months to package the software and deploy it. We investigated doing multiple packages a year but we decided that it was safer to just do major releases especially with how slow the packaging and deployment system worked. Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful. If this answer solved your question please mark it as the answer to help others who have the same question.

Hey Sorato Marques, Have you completed the post install steps listed here? Installing Portal for ArcGIS—Portal for ArcGIS (Linux) Installation Guide | ArcGIS Enterprise That will cover off starting the service when the machine is rebooted. If you are manually starting the service can you try out: systemctl status arcgisportal.service And let us know what the output is? Otherwise you could try journalctl -u service-name.service Thanks, Ben If this answer has helpful please mark it as helpful.
