Interesting. Perhaps it might have something to do with the optional Environment parameters that the Int tools supports Int (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation check to make sure that the cell size, extent etc is the same as the input float raster. I also notice that the output raster type seems to be different in the examples that you provided (unless the first output name is truncated.) Do the comparison with the same output type if this is not the case

it isn't in your extensive list, not online, so your plan of course would be to use true_centroid (a true centroid if it is within or on the feature) since they also lack a labelPoint method This would only be of concern if you have extremely concave polygons

as per your previous thread Composite Bands Output Issue - Esri Community are all the rasters integer? with values in the range 0-255? if they are and the esri raster works, or even a plain *.tif then it has something to do with the geotiff specification. I don't see anything on the public facing support site, so contact Tech Support for further help

Rank (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation your comparison 'raster' is a constant. but you didn't indicate what you set for the environments See the first parameter A number can be used as an input; however, the cell size and extent must first be set in the environment. So are the cell sizes and extents the same for the inputs? and was it specified for your constant value (first input)?

How does a standard Intersect (Analysis)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation or Pairwise Intersect (Analysis)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation compare speed-wise? You would get a new featureclass with both sets of fields. Rather than using a field calculator to update a field, perhaps deleting unnecessary fields might be faster (with a rename if it is really necessary) Delete Field (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Alter Field (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
