I created a simple model that combines the Domain to Table and Table to Domain tools. This allows you to do the domain transfer in one step without actually creating the domain table. You can only do one domain at a time though. If anyone knows of any way to do multiple domains at once, I would love to add it to the model. You may get a warning when you select what domain you want to transfer but from testing, the domain does transfer. Steven

Google Earth Pro allows you to add raster images directly to Google Earth. Here is a link that provides some methods to add raster data to Google Earth. At the bottom there is a list of tools that can convert different GIS data formats to KML. Google Earth Outreach These may be worth a try. I have experienced similar behavior in raster to kml conversion. The image doesn't come out as 'cleanly' as it went in. I'm not sure there is a setting you can change to make the output file fit your needs.

You could just overlay the image in google earth and 'georeference' it by resizing it. Here is the help guide Overlay features - Earth Help

If you need all those services running, I would add another machine to your server and create a cluster out of it and publish to that new cluster.

I use to get that same error a lot on version 10.1. After clicking ok on the error it would take me back to the publishing window and I would click publish again and most of the time it would go through. Have you tried republishing right away? That issue went away when we upgraded to 10.2.2. Of course, you mentioned you are already using 10.2.2. Have you put in an ESRI Tech Support ticket? This might also be worth checking, but could your firewall or antivirus be blocking you from publishing?

So you have 1 field with numbers such as 341423 and you want it to be ID = 341423? You could field calculate using python. This will calculate every record and add ID = in front of all the numbers. Be sure that your field is a String/Text field. ArcMap may import it in as an integer or double field. I would create a new field and field calculate that one so you don't accidentally type something in wrong. 'ID = ' + !field!

Maybe since the Web AppBuilder application is so new, they haven't integrated it with the Android App. I just checked mine and the app is there but won't open. There is a Web AppBuilder 'Place' that might provide some more insight.
