How do I add a company logo in place of a symbol on a map? I see where you can click on shape and customer image, but how do I get the image in the box where is says https://<image.URL> I've tried adding the link of the logo from the company website but it will not load on the map. I get an error message "unable to load image." What am I doing wrong?custom symbols

I just received seven different file types to upload in AGOL but am not sure if I need to upload all or just one? The file types are: CPG, DBF, PRJ, SBN, SBX, SHP SHX along with a XML document. Can anyone please guide me to where I can learn more about how to upload these type of files on a map? Any help you can provide would be much appreciated - this is for a huge project.
