I'm using the web form, and I'm trying to give public users the ability to add and update existing records without exposing sensitive data and internal notes to the entire public. Can public editing of existing records (via web form URL) be directed at a feature layer view? Admittedly, I think the problem can be solved by requiring users to create an ArcGIS Online account, but we're trying to make it as easy as possible for our public community to participate without having to do so.

Oh, missed it the first time through. Change =< to <= if((${time} >= '8:00AM' and ${time}<='6:00PM'), 'A', 'B')

You're missing a comma between '6:00PM') and 'A' if((${time} >= '8:00AM' and ${time}=<'6:00PM'), 'A', 'B')

The only layer that we have checked on as visible is Parcel Info (which shows the boundaries on the map). Because this is a multi-polygon lookup, we don't have any of the polygon symbology turned on anyway as it would be too confusing with all the overlays. Feel free to PM me, and we can chat over the phone if that helps.

I understand this is probably working as developed, but it's not working as expected on the user end. The year dropdown on the Hub's upcoming events/calendar card was confusing our users when (in 2019) they dropped down for 2020 and didn't see 2020. I eventually figured out that this is tied to whether there are any actual events in the future. It seems odd that the months dropdown would show all 12 months, but the year dropdown is filtered. Just some feedback. Thanks

I haven't tested this - does it work if you use a view of the layer and add a filter on the layer view item (in ArcGIS Online as opposed to in Hub)? It would be awesome to be able to this without the workaround, but throwing it out there if you need this feature.

This is promising. To use this view in the S123 form, you change the submission_url to point to the view, right? I've also changed the original to full admin privileges and have shared it only to myself as the owner. However, I still can't view the data in the S123 website. Is there another step/setting involved?

Ah, thanks. It was a long thread, and I admittedly didn't get all the way down there. Still not able to view the data as the owner on the S123 website, but I'll continue the conversation on that thread.

I've been trying to connect some dots, and I haven't found the information I'm looking for. Here is my scenario: I have a public survey (published from Survey123 Connect) that's collecting some sensitive data. I've followed the steps in Getting Started with Public Surveys to secure the data, such that Add features is allowed and Editors can't see any features, even those they add. As the owner, I can see the data, and it isn't viewable by the public. Perfect. However, when I go to the Survey123 website and view the Data tab for that survey, the data can't be loaded. (I am logged in as the owner of the survey.) This also prevents me from creating feature reports. So am I missing a setting I can leverage? Or is this just how it is at the moment? Appreciate any insight. Thanks! Edit to add: is it possible to direct the Data view on the S123 website to a different feature layer view?

I believe right now, the event venue/address is limited to the ArcGIS Online locator. It's also being helpful by automatically geolocating the event based on the address. However, it'd be useful if we could edit the primary venue name and change the pinpoint to a more precise location. For example, an event is held at our city hall in a specific meeting room. The locator map places a pin correctly on the street, but the meeting room is half a block into our city hall complex. Moreover, we're only able to enter the meeting room details in "Address 2" which doesn't appear on the Upcoming Events card, only when you click for event details. We'd like the option to list it as "City Hall - Meeting Room; Address" and to move the map pin to a more precise location.

It's been almost 2 months, so I hope you already got this resolved, but if not, my hunch is that the groups you're a part of don't allow members to share content with the group.

No ours is the same. It may be harder to grasp without writing a full tutorial, but here's a snippet that hopefully explains it better:

You would create it as an Arcade expression in the layer of the web map. So if you want the search to be at the property level, you would have multiple copies of your property layer with different FeatureSet queries using Intersects. Of course, you can rename the copies of the Property layer, so you can distinguish which layer returns what info. Example: Escondido Parcel Information Lookup Relevant resources: What’s new with Arcade: Taking a stroll through FeatureSets (Part 1) https://community.esri.com/community/gis/web-gis/arcgisonline/blog/2018/12/10/overlapping-features-in-pop-ups-quick-introduction-to-using-featuresets-with-arcade
