The URL structure is correct as far as I can tell. When you click (or hover) the link in the web map pop-up on your desktop, do the parameters populate correctly in the URL? It won't open S123, but you can at least check whether the attributes are being carried in the URL in the first place

Probably a couple different ways, but the easiest, most comfortable way for me is through ArcGIS Online Assistant. It's documented in the first section on this Penn State blog. You won't be able to transfer items built on "newer" platforms like the new StoryMaps (yet). But I think GEO Jobe Admin Tools can now handle it - I just don't remember if it's in the free or premium plan.

I've gone down a couple different rabbit holes, but I haven't been able to find a solution for this scenario: We're trying to streamline data extract requests from the public. The problem is we've been asked to not publicly expose the entire dataset (utilities data). Is there an existing solution out there? I was thinking a script/tool that would take a user's bounding box input, extract the data, and make it available for download. Ideally it wouldn't require the user to have an ArcGIS Online account. Somewhat related threads: ArcGIS Online - Export Data as Automatic Download Download data to computer from item details page - without needing an AGO account https://community.esri.com/thread/205003-arcgis-online-export-data-as-automatic-download

Ah! Thanks for the thorough response. I have some use cases for this, but not what inspired my initial search. I was hoping I could've referenced the Arcade field in this backend workaround. I did a point-poly intersection via an Arcade expression, and I'm looking to filter out the point if its corresponding poly was also filtered out.

I believe using formulas is only supported through S123 Connect right now, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's in the pipeline for the web version

Spatial references were never my strong suit, so sorry in advance if I use the wrong terminology somewhere I'm trying to use a custom geocoder to reverse geocode a geopoint via pulldata. Our custom geocoder is in state plane, but the default World Geocoder is not. What's the way to handle this? Side notes: We are only collecting data within our jurisdiction, and would like to match the address entered to our address point. This is a public survey, and we don't feel that teaching users to select the proper locator in the geopoint question will make sense to many people.

You could set the constraint column with contains: contains(${address},'Zlatar Bistrica')

Ok no worries! Wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Having it in the Integromat module would definitely be appreciated!

You can use question placeholders when defining the report output filename in the Survey123 website, or from the Integromat module. Could you give some guidance on how to define the output filename in Integromat?

If it's any help, you can modify the ID references in the JSON using ArcGIS Online Assistant. It's recommended that you keep a copy of the JSON before editing, in case you break something by deleting the wrong piece of code.

Ooh - that's actually getting close to what I'm trying to achieve, but not quite - looks like the fields in the survey have to be available in the layer view as well (makes sense). But it's sparking some ideas - like having multiple surveys with different questions point to a single feature class with different views? Thanks for the direction

Hi Shwu-jing, Thanks for the response. I realize my question wasn't as specific as I originally thought. I want to clarify I've built the survey via Survey123 Connect, but am using the web form to access the survey. I'm familiar with the info and link you shared. If it's possible to point to a fieldworker_view, is it possible to point to another feature layer view of our choice?

Hey Curt, You might add a question about business type. I would make this a defined list so you don't get an assortment of answers. Once you have that, you could build an app that filters the listing by type.

If you've been talking to Esri, they might've already sent you this example, but in case you haven't seen it, this post reminded me a Volunteerism Hub that Esri Spain put together.
