Hi @SarahBlake, I've ran the script as is (just changed the output directory) and it worked fine. The script creates a new file so there's no need for you to create one manually. Your problem is with the path. Do you have permissions to write to folders directly under C drive? Try other locations such as path = r"C:\Users\yourusername\Downloads\SanDiegoUpd.txt" or D drive. Copy the folder address directly from the explorer window to avoid errors. Hi @BrittanyBurson, Unfortunately I think you got it right - the only way to disable it is by disabling Global Navigation. Since it's easily reversible I'd disable it, and if you see that it impacts other capabilities you can bring it back within a few clicks. Hi @AndreaOtalora, The analysis depends on the exact data you have and what you're after. Have a look at this page to start investigating what's the right tool for you: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/spatial-analyst/an-overview-of-the-density-tools.htm If your total counts are within polygons, use the spatial join tool to match between the two. If you need to extract the point values from raster, you might want to use the Zonal Statistics tool. https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/tools/spatial-analyst-toolbox/h-how-zonal-statistics-works.htm If this answer solved your question or if you found it helpful please mark it accordingly to help others who have the same question.

Hi @NatashaManzuiga, Yes, it's possible to run such a script. Get the .aprx file: aprx = arcpy.mp.ArcGISProject(path to aprx) https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/mapping/arcgisproject-class.htm Define source: Source = path to feature class on sde on Oracle Search cursor cursor = arcpy.da.SearchCursor(source, [fields to seach]) https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/data-access/searchcursor-class.htm Get the layout from the .aprx layout = aprx.listLayouts("wildcard layout name*")[0] https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/mapping/layout-class.htm Export to PDF: layout.exportToPDF(path of output file) https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/pdf-export.htm As for scheduling, @JoshuaBixby has it right - it'll depend on your platform, but yes, it's possible. Hi @GIS_1234_KS, Not sure how to put the URN on the splash screen, but here's a suggested alternative workflow: 1. create a unique ID for the survey. This is pretty easy - you can create a guid, or you can get the username by using pulldata and join it to the date, e.g. gis1234_210324124501 (username_YearMonthDayHourMinuteSeconds). If you want it to be only 6 figures you'll need to come up with a way to shorten it, i.e. gis501 will be the first 3 letters of username + minute+seconds. If you're not using a guid you'll have to come up with something to minimize the chance of duplicates. 2. The easiest thing to do now is to present the URN to the user as a note question before clicking submit, and ask them to enter it in the next survey. Alternatively, if you would like to automate it, pull unique ID from the first survey into the seconds survey - use the method in this link https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/pulldata-with-previous-survey-submissions/m-p/1039437#M33341 Hope this helps, Uri If this answer solved your question or if you found it helpful please mark it accordingly to help others who have the same question.

Hi @AlfredBaldenweck, It's not exactly what you're after, but if these multiple layers hold similar data/domains/schema, what you can do is export the layers to FGDB and then append through AGOL to the first layer (using 'Update' button) . It will put everything in the same layer, and not into multiple layers, but will be easier to manage. Hi @JosephKotecki, You can achieve this by following this workflow: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-editing-records-in-a-web-form/ba-p/895827 If for some reason you can't apply the solution above, a workaround could be to submit a new point every time you submit a survey, but in your web maps and other applications where the layer is presented you can def query by point's unique ID and show only latest point (e.g. show only last 6 months). Another way is to run a dissolve/delete records on the layer after each collection and keep only the latest collection dates. Hope this helps, Uri If this answer solved your question or if you found it helpful please mark it accordingly to help others who have the same question.

Hi @DanielMcIlroy , A bit of a late response but thought I'd try anyway... The angle of your latitudes is changing as you go east-west, so the only way I could see to sort it out dynamically is: 1. Get a feature class of the grid. 2. Split the lines at grid intersections 3. For each line calculate or manually add the bearing you want the labels to be in a 'rotation' field 4. Set the field as rotation value of your labels. For longitude lines the angle stays the same throughout for each line, so you don't need to split them, just add the rotation value you want in the table for each longitude. Hope this helps, Uri If this answer solved your question or if you found it helpful please mark it accordingly to help others who have the same question.

Great solution, @JamesTedrick Currently this only works on the app, and not on the web version. I'll add that you can set a 'Lock' or 'Readonly' question for the user to click when they are done with the questions that need to be locked. You can make it 'select one' with only one option - Lock. This question can be 'required' so they must lock it before submission. If you put the Lock question at the bottom of a group, and make the whole group readonly if question = Lock, it will lock the entire group and the lock question itself, which is great if you want the user to not be able to access again after confirming the lock. You can then put a note to show up after they lock: 'your questions are locked, please submit the survey'. Make sure they're aware that if they survey went 'readonly' it doesn't mean it was submitted. If you want to enable the readonly for editing again you will have to set the Lock question to null in the feature layer.

Hi @AdrianMaharaj, Try to restart ArcGIS Data Store service. Also, stop publishingTool and publishingToolEX service in server manager and ensure all the associated ArcSoCs have died in task manager. Restart publishingTools service. Sometimes, publishing issues can arise due to orphan publishingTools ArcSoCs or publishingToolsEx ArcSoCs. If this doesn't work, I suggest you contact your local Esri support for help. Cheers, Uri

Hi @AdrianMaharaj, Can you provide more information about what environment you're on (AGOL? Portal? which version?). I think I have seen this error before when there were issues with Portal installation. Are you also having issues with creating new feature layers on Portal? It could also be a permission thing, although I doubt it as it would would not allow you to export to begin with. Make sure you're the data owner, and ideally also have an Admin role. If not, ask someone with an admin role to try and download and see if that works. Check if you can download other surveys, and then you can compare and see that the differences are. Hi @Anonymous User, Yes, it's possible. Look for this page for examples: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/collector/android-phone/help/deploy-map.htm Here is how it should look like - I color-coded the different components of this sample URL: https://collector.arcgis.app?itemID=3ac4145c1ac44aea86e9ed42e00fbb0d&referenceContext=updateFeature&featureSourceURL=https//services9.arcgis.com/QjGvjfQhsHAmqfjP/arcgis/rest/services/DamageAssessment_Apr2018_631d0895e7d3404bb78e8e04e92d896e/FeatureServer/1&featureID=bb0a0c92-9f53-4367-a6a1-bc6edc605be0&featureAttributes=%7B%22incidentid%22:%22527%22,%22inspector%22:%22Frank%20Jones%22,%22inspdate%22:1502917218285%7D So, if we compare it to the URL that is generated by the script, you need to remove centre=${location} and replace it with referenceContext=updateFeature Then, after the end of the feature source URL (in pink ...FeatureServer/1), you need to add the &featureID=GlobalID, where the feature's GlobalID is of the feature you're going to edit - pass it from your survey. This must be a GlobalID field. After this bit you specify &featureAttributes just like you would in the scripted URL. This is where you'll pass the gallons of Water Consumed. Hope this helps, Uri If this answer solved your question or if you found it helpful please mark it accordingly to help others who have the same question.

@CassandraHiggins another way to do it would be through Pro. You can use the attached toolbox/script to publish multiple shapefiles or feature classes as individual services. The advantage of this method is that you can set symbology, labels, layer name, etc. in Pro and that will apply to the published layer. Hi @K_Rocks , The first thing that comes to mind when you can't see a button on AGOL is lack of permissions. If this answer solved your question or if you found it helpful please mark it accordingly to help others who have the same question.
