When a layer has subtypes, you must publish the layer symbolized by the subtype field.

The A_, B_ and C_ tables are properties of the utility network. They are used to set these properties and will not be in the target EGDB. The FGDB does not support the utility network so that information needs to be stored in tables when exported. I am not sure about the error. I would suggest logging a tech support call so we can get a repo case to trouble shoot.

Did you apply the asset package to this GDB before? It looks like the schema is already staged. Is there data already in there?

We have release v2.0.1. This is a minor update. We have eliminated the diagrams from the subnetwork definition. This will resolve the issue you are experiencing with 2.3.

Just reviewing the issue, looks like I did not fix it, and it is something I cannot fix https://github.com/Esri/local-government-desktop-addins/issues/224

Ahh, can you try the version in the preview builds. I knew this sounded familiar? Check out this issue: https://github.com/Esri/local-government-desktop-addins/issues/224 preview builds https://github.com/Esri/local-government-desktop-addins/tree/dev/PreviewBuilds

Please do and a small sample dataset would help. I can run through it in a debugger and see what is going on. What version of the AA are you using. This sounds oddly familiar.

I was thinking of something else, but I do not see that option. Could you activate the log file and maybe that can help us narrow it down. How are you splitting the service line? Does not make sense that get_value is not getting the value when split, unless the new feature is not getting is ID carried over because of the 1:M relationship. If you split a main that has a valid ID, with the AA turned off, do the resulting 2 features have the same ID, hence violating the 1:M relationship?

There is an option to suspend the AA on split, can you check that in the loaded.aa.config file?

Thanks Mike, someone reported this the other day. We will get domain updated. I also accounted for both spellings in the code: https://github.com/Esri/local-government-desktop-addins/issues/300

Yes, we have a tool in the Water Editing and Analysis toolset to do this: Water Utility Network Editing toolbar - Water Geometric Network Editing and Analysis | ArcGIS Solutions for Water Add Laterals from Line Locations Evaluates selected point features (tap points) and draws a line (lateral) from each point perpendicular to the line (main) it intersects. Additional point (clean outs) features can be placed along the line (lateral). The point layer (tap points) requires a field to store the direction of the line (either as clock bearing or compass bearing); a field to store the direction the camera was traveling when recording the point (U for upstream and D for downstream); and a field with the length of the line (lateral) to create. You can define other settings for the points along the field to copy in the configuration file. I also would look at the CCTV Manager for plotting the tap points. 1: Yes, but if you add something to the Asset Type domains, you will have to further configure the utility network properties 2: Yes, but subtypes are Asset Groups. You will have to further configure the utility network properties. 3: Yes, no additional configuration required, unless you want to use those values as part of a subnetwork/trace definition. If so, you need to look at setting up network attributes.
