Yeah, you will need to code it differently since your signal handlers are all triggering each other in an endless loop. There are probably many ways to do it. For example, do you need to apply edits right after you add the feature? Could you select features from within your addFeatures signal handler, then when feature is selected, add attachments and apply edits (in this case, applyEdits signal handler wouldn't retrigger a selection). You could also add some type of bool or state to indicate what part of the workflow the user is in, and take different code paths depending on that.

If you set autoApplyEdits to false on the feature's AttachmentListModel, it shouldn't apply automatically and you can control when it happens. https://developers.arcgis.com/qt/latest/qml/api-reference/qml-esri-arcgisruntime-attachmentlistmodel.html#autoApplyEdits-prop

UnitsPerDip was primarily created for creating a scale bar. The inherent problem with measuring distance is that many map projections don't preserve distance. Web mercator, for example preserves direction but not distance or size - the further you move away from the equator, the more inaccurate the distance will get. The best solution is to use a spatial reference that preserves distance. This Learn ArcGIS lesson might be interesting to you https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/choose-the-right-projection/

When you remove the graphic from the overlay, what exactly are you doing? Calling removeOne and then explicitly deleting the graphic object? Or perhaps you are using smart pointers or setting a parent on the graphics and symbols, then deleting the parent object? I agree, it sounds like things are getting into a weird state somehow. Are you able to share any code?

This doc should get you on the right track for publishing your own tile service - Publish hosted tile layers—Portal for ArcGIS | Documentation for ArcGIS Enterprise Here is how you can enabled export tiles endpoint on the service - Export Tiles—ArcGIS REST API | ArcGIS for Developers If you have more questions about publishing, authoring in another spatial reference, etc, I'd suggest logging a new question in the ArcGIS Pro space - https://community.esri.com/community/gis/applications/arcgis-pro .

Here are the Esri-hosted basemaps that support export - https://www.arcgis.com/home/group.html?id=3a890be7a4b046c7840dc4a0446c5b31#overview I don't believe any of the WGS84 basemaps are on there. If you need WGS84 immediately, you will need to author your own basemap in the desired spatial reference. You could also log an enhancement request with Esri Support to add export support to the WGS84 basemaps.

TPKs cannot be projected on the fly in ArcGIS Runtime. There are a few options: 1) Re-author your TPK in the proper spatial reference 2) Instead of making your Raster the basemap, set the TPK as your basemap and add the Raster as an operational layer (Rasters CAN project on the fly)

Unfortunately we don't have the option to stretch the PictureFillSymbol Could you consider using 3D? If so, ImageOverlay would be a good option - arcgis-runtime-samples-qt/ArcGISRuntimeSDKQt_CppSamples/Scenes/AnimateImagesWithImageOverlay at master · Esri/arcgis-run… Long term we are looking at bringing support to 2D as well, but it is not there yet. Another option is KML Ground Overlay, but this also will only work in 3D at the moment arcgis-runtime-samples-qt/ArcGISRuntimeSDKQt_CppSamples/EditData/EditKmlGroundOverlay at master · Esri/arcgis-runtime-sa… Another user has a similar use case and is hitting similar limitations. The initial problem is discussed here Adjusting KML placement in realtime in a MapView A potential workaround using PictureMarkerSymbol is described here PictureMarkerSymbol problems

Hey Girish - For exporting tiles from a tiled services, you need to have the endpoint exposed on the corresponding service. For example - Export Tiles The link you provided is for an old basemap that is in Extended Support and is no longer updated, so it doesn't/won't have any export tiles options. Here you can see many services that support export - https://www.arcgis.com/home/search.html?q=for%20export

shapefiles can be added as operational layers whether the basemap is a tif or the map is created from mmpk. Does the shapefile/featurelayer fail to load when you use a mmpk, or is it not rendering? If it fails to load, check the loadError.message and loadError.additionalMessage for more details.

Hi Tim - Not sure why, but I don't see a group invite in my inbox. It might be most efficient to log a case with support services if you have maintenance with your organization's license. They will be able to dedicate some resources to get to the bottom of this. - Lucas
