Hi @Sara_ Thank you for sharing that feedback.  There are a few known issues with ArcGIS Online hosted feature services around contingent values when working with offline map areas: - In cases where the offline area is being generated directly within Field Maps, the downloads are failing to complete successfully. - In cases where the offline map areas are being generated at the map level through ArcGIS Online, despite those offline areas being downloaded successfully in Field Maps they don't contain the contingent values. Hi @MikeFiguray and @JustinReynolds  There is a known issue with ArcGIS Online regarding the contingent value definitions not being added to the exported File GDB from the hosted feature service. Thank you everyone for providing those details and for confirming the behavior. The behavior you've described with contingent values in offline areas are known issues that are being actively investigated.  Depending on the type of feature service being used the behavior may differ. If using ArcGIS Enterprise federated feature services (non-hosted) the offline areas are getting generated successfully however the contingent value definitions aren't being included within the offline area. I just retested the original issue in Field Maps on Android using the latest 22.1 release and it still works successfully for me using our maps. However I would be curious to have a look at the maps you're working with if possible. Would you be able to share a test map with me? @DougBrowning  Just a follow-up to this issue.   We've addressed this issue and the fix should be available in the next release of ArcGIS Field Maps. In addition to this issue being reproducible on iOS, it was also reproducible on Android as well. If you have the ability to test against Android, you can install a current beta version from the Google Play Store. The app is ArcGIS Field Maps Beta v21.4. We don't have a beta version out against iOS, but at least you can verify the fix works on your end if possible.    Thank you -Kevin ... View more

Hi @JosephCarl2    Thank you for sharing this issue with us.  I see you're using Android. Which version of Field Maps do you have installed? I understand that this issue happens at random times, but is there a consistent action that can reproduce it? i.e. when it happens, does it only happen when identifying a feature in the map, or can it happen simply panning/zooming around the map? I understand that you're working in ArcGIS Online, however are the all the services in the map you're using hosted in ArcGIS Online? As oppose to ArcGIS Server? Hey @DougBrowning  Some testing feedback so far: - Using the Lentic 2021 Test Popup map as-is I can reproduce the issue when viewing the child records for the Field Visits table from the parent NOC-Test-001 feature. - I cannot reproduce the same behavior in my own map that includes a hosted FS I published that supports Feature-to-Feature relationships. In my map I created a parent feature related to 3 child features. I then added the same concatenation arcade expression for the popup title. This was a very simple map, but the issue was not reproducible. - If I save a new copy of the Lentic 2021 Test Popup map and remove all the layers and tables except the Plots and Field Visits layer, I cannot reproduce the issue. However if you then attempt to open the popup for one of the child records, you see `Errors` listed. My assumption as this point is there is some other dependencies these child records have, perhaps from the other arcade expressions in the map, as I noticed there were several others. Then since I removed those other layers, those dependencies cannot be fulfilled and instead produce the error. I don't know for sure yet, but just an assumption at this point.  I am still testing, but that's what I noticed so far. Thanks -Kevin ... View more

Thanks for the feedback and confirmation @RafaeldePedro @DavidRichey @DougBrowning  related to the slow download behavior of the Esri basemaps. That issue appears to have been resolved and the download issue is no longer reproducible. I know from personal testing on my end this afternoon that I am not longer seeing that lag like I was a few days ago with the same maps. Also @PatrickFilyer, wrt to that message on the status page, those changes and enhancements made to the tiledbasemaps servers that took place on Wednesday night was unrelated to this issue of slow download behavior.  As for the download issues you're experiencing in Classic on iOS only, that looks to be a separate issue because if it were related to the basemap changes overall, it shouldn't matter which app being used, as you would likely still run into the same problem.  Thank you -Kevin ... Thank you for that information @DavidRichey  Few things: - What specific functionality does your workflow require that Field Maps doesn't include that Collector+S123 does? Is it related to smart forms? - Wrt to stability issues on the tablet in Field Maps, what issues are these and have they been reported to Esri in the past to look into? - Lastly, wrt to logs, are you referring to the logs directly with Collector related to download issues?
