Hello, I have 2 portal installed on 2 different servers. and i need an operations dashboard on my laptop that i can use for both portals. I am working offline. I run the utility file, i copied the extracted folder to the first portal, and the operations dashboard is working fine. But now i am not able to change the portal URL from the sign in, it is always connected to portal 1. what should i do to use the same operations dashboard with both portals? I am using portal for ArcGIS 10.5 thank u

Hello, I am trying to creating apps using WAB developer edition. But the initial window fails to load. I checked the console, it says "failed to load resources". Apparently from my network i am unable to load the page http://js.arcgis.com do we a solution for this? thank you.

Hello, We have an ArcGIS for Server single machine deployment (active passive), is it possible to federate with Portal for ArcGIS? i know that it is feasible in active active mode, but i have doubts that it might work in active passive mode. Any ideas?

thank you Robert, one other question, is it possible to add animation or GIF files on the map? for example i need to create a weather map that shows the wind movement or cloud movement etc.. but it is not a map service that is frequently updated. so is it possible to add GIF or animation on the map so we can see these movements? thank you again

Hello, in there a way to make the search widget smarter? Meaning, if the user misspelled a word, can it do some sort of a suggestion? example if the user wrote "Califrnia" can the search widget reply with "did u mean California?" Thank u

Hey Juan, thank you very much for you helpful support for my latest questions regarding the collector. I have another question i hope you can help me with. i have a webmap configured to be used offline. on my ios device i downloaded the map and it is working perfectly fine but on my android device when i click download it gives me this message: Is it an issue in android? or should i do something from the portal? thanks again Regards, Ali

Hello, i am using the webmap in the map viewer and the collector. when i click to identify, it will show for example 10 results, and 5 of these result are the same. is that a known issue? thank you

Hello, I created labels for my layer in the webmap, but i cant see it in the collector app. i tried it with a feature and a map service. is there an additional this i should do to see the labels in the collector app?

Hello again, Thanks for your helpful reply. Im now facing another issue. I want my map to be used offline, here are some details about my webmap: im using 3 feature services, 2 of them for editing and one only for displaying (i can replace this one with a map service if needed) im using the following service as a basemap: http://tiledbasemaps.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer and i have a username and password for it so it should work fine i enabled my map to be used offline im getting this error in the middle of my download: "Unable to download the map. Requested operation is not supported by the service" What might be the problem? thanks in advance.
